I visited this particular UPS store for the 3-rd time yesterday an hour before closing time and got a prompt, friendly hello from Ryan. He was very professional and easy to talk to. What I needed to do was mail a package, receive a package that has gone to another UPS location, and needed a big bag of old documents to be shredded. I left everything up to him and trusted him with my important documents to be shredded. It goes by weight and didn't cost much. Less than $40. Store is small, but kept well and was clean. I got my package, and left the store. No public restrooms and has a parking lot that is shared with other businesses. They accept credit cards. They responded to my initial inquiry very quickly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and knew exactly what was required based on the instructions I provided. They arrived on time, texted beforehand to let us know they were on their way, and provided an accurate arrival time so no one was left waiting or wondering what was happening. They also offer a delivery service and were able to securely take the completed documents to the nearest post office and mail them on our behalf, which was incredibly convenient. From printing the documents and traveling to the residence, to completing the notarization and making the additional trip to the post office, the total cost was only a little over $100. It's very easy to come here and drop off UPS packages on my way home. They also have printing…read moreservices and shipping supplies. There is a small parking lot in the back and some loading spots directly in front on the street. There is both a front and back entrance. There is also a little kiosk to scan and drop off packages which I have used before when the line is really long. My only negative is the workers cannot help with any lost packages, even if originally dropped off there. you have to call the main customer service line and sometimes even then that is not helpful.
