    Since Joe claims my review is fake here are pics of the lemon they sold my son and I.

    This was one of the worst buying experiences ever. My son was charged 16k for a manual used car, pre-COVID. Can you believe that? He paid more for a used base model car than a brand new automatic. And the car was a complete lemon, and has given us nothing but trouble. So much for "CPO". Never shop here if you can help it. My son is devastated. Update 1: as you can see below they are claiming fraudulence connecting my review to an unrelated review elsewhere? Horrible shady business proving even more you should never shop here. Of course I didn't buy a Toyota here at Subaru. It was an Impreza hatchback. Update 2: added pics of the lemon sold to my son and I since my review is such a fraud. Horrible business. Stay away. Forever.

    One final followup to warn potential buyers (suckers) what you're getting into with World Subaru. So again, while the initial buying/financing process was good, the dealership was less than honest regarding the condition of the vehicle and was outright misleading and deceitful (i.e. lied) with other things. During the prior eight months I've found several things that were either wrong from the start or right after I got the vehicle plus others that I won't get into like the windshield wipers not passing inspection because the ones on the car from WS were hard as bricks. Keep in mind that I attempted to reach out to World Subaru's GM/Executive Manager via this site as he clearly monitors it via his comments and via his email address on the WS website to which he NEVER responded personally to me in a meaningful way to address the lemon they sold me. I guess to be fair he dispatched one of his underlings and that was an exercise in futility as that guy's attitude was a clear example of why salespeople in this industry are seen as complete asshats. I also spoke on two occasions with the person who sold me the car and his generalized answers would be best described as his hands were tied by management/there's nothing he can do. Let me spell it out: 1. Week one after buying the car the oil change display goes off. During the sale I was told that all cars put out for sale have a recent oil change. That was eventually found to be a lie as it hadn't been done for several months while in World Subaru's possession before I bought the car. $40 2. Month one after buying the car I found out that the headliner leaked. (See picture for proof) The dealership said that they would fix it only if I did 2 R/T to them (400 miles) on their schedule when their guy was available. I offered to have it fixed locally to me and invoice them but that was shot down unless it came below a certain cost threshold which in the end when it got fixed I found World Subaru's cost threshold to of course be unrealistically low. $205 3. The trunk latch stopped working which made accessing the trunk not possible. I paid to fix the breaker then the latch piece itself. $75 4. Week four when the car got inspected (it couldn't get inspected any sooner as WS did not provide me a temporary registration card like they were suppose to so I had wait for the real one to show up from the DOT) I was told that the rear brakes were 60+% shot and would have to be placed within a year along with the rotors which were equally in bad shape. $580 5. It took me almost two months for me to get my refund for the estimated overage that was charged when the car was bought for plates/registration/title. Initially I was told by the salesman that it would take three weeks and that it should come around the same time the DOT issues the new plate. I was also told I would be given a breakdown of the charges incurred (I asked for one). After that it turned into a Keystone Kops of different answers and excuses with me being told everything from the initial three weeks to checks are only batched and cut once a month to the person that cuts the checks is on vacation for a week or however long so shucks, nothing can be done. Sure I got the check eventually but do you think I ever got the breakdown of the fees that I asked for? Of course not. This also says nothing about needing to get the tires replaced as the tires on the car from WS were you guessed it, dry rotted with one having a bald spot. Needless to say what I was told when I asked about them during the sales process was quite different. The visit for the tires, brakes, oil change and inspection came to over $1200.00 all because they lied about the initial oil change, lied about the age/condition of the tires and misrepresented the condition of the brakes. What does this all mean from my point of view? It means that I'm out $1200 for things that (especially the oil change, headliner, tires and to a degree the rear brakes) to me WS should have taken care of before they sold me the car or they should be more than willing to reimburse me for these things since they're either clear and/or deliberate oversights on their end. I mean I don't really think I'll ever see nickel one just like I don't think I'll ever get the breakdown I asked for twice regarding the check I had to write for the tax/tag/title estimate. So then why engage in this repeated kick in my own crotch which only serves to make me look stupid? In the hopes that maybe even once consumer will either steer clear from buying a used car at WS or that if you do, you'll at least know that if things don't fully go according to plan the dealership will NOT stand behind either their words NOR will they stand behind the transaction and you WILL be left holding the bag in a big way, like me.

    Nice people but it took over 3 months to get license plates and registration... they did issue new temps when the old ones expired.

He has purchased an extended warranty through the dealer that Circle had purchased in the same location. They stated that some items may not be covered and we understood that may be the case. We also were very understanding that it may take sometime. I was getting foot surgery so was not needing my car so the dealer having the truck was not the end of the world. Fast forward to December there was not much contact from the dealer to let us know the status of repairs. My husband reached out and they were waiting for parts. They also said one of the parts not covered would be over $1000 and after calling other dealers that the parts should have been less than half of the quoted price from Circle. We were patient although we had to postpone a planned trip which we needed the truck for. Now we are in late January and have been promised the truck would be done. The day we were supposed to pick it up they called and said they were having a problem with a brand new part and it wouldn't be done for 5 more days. We told them just put whatever back together and we will come and get it. We would not recommend Circle Jeep Dodge Ram at all.

I had the service supervisor telling me that the fact that my Apple car play hasn't been working properly and lately the screen just go black was not a big deal. I use my car to work, to get a loaner car is a hassle. You need to wait 2/3 months for that. Ridiculous. They act like they are doing you a favor. I learned my lesson and I will never get another car from them.

Service advisors were friendly and open to helping as much as they could. Close to my home. CONs: can't negotiate price, my car was supposedly cpo so expected it to not to come with some of the problems it did which included: new brake pads installed on warped rotors (they ended up replacing them when I took it in and claimed it was due to car sitting out on the lot), issues with key fob which after multiple visits finally replaced it, bad windshield wipers (replaced when I brought it in) and had new tires which didn't seem to be the case since after 7k miles on them needed replacement. I realize I didn't purchase a new car and it's not going to be perfect, but when you pay full price for a cpo car, shouldn't have these issues.
