They were very gracious and patient with me. Ultimately my price for a stone replacement was only $46, and they finished the work days before the ETA. I can't speak more highly of them. Also a bonus: they were okay with communication via text, so I didn't have to take phone calls while I was out and about. They have it all, from raw stones, to gemstones. Beads, cabachons, tumbled stones. VERY reasonable price wise. I was also picking out stones for a necklace I wanted to make. I checked around with them, and then stopped by Celestial Awakenings to see what the better deal was since they were so close together. Handley far exceeded the quality for a fraction of the price. The challenge for most individuals buying or selling precious metals is that they don't do it very often and they must negotiate with dealers who do it every day. I had 22 gold coins I needed to sell and ended up talking to Oscar at Portland Gold Buyers.com as my first stop. He convinced me that he was giving me a fair price on my coins and I , unfortunately, trusted him. I then went across the street to Affordable Jewelry and Precious Metals (394 SW Washington Avenue) and found out they would have paid me $3,100 more for my 22 gold coins. I then talked to Oscar and asked him to match his closest competitors price and he refused, so, my decision to trust Oscar cost me $3,100. I am not telling you to not use Oscar if you should choose to do so but what I am telling you is check for pricing somewhere else first (like AJPM across the street who actually shows their pricing on a live screen in their office). Tried connecting a different controller to it and found out it was bound to an email address. I asked the shop if they can contact the owner to get it unbound and they said legally no. Which I'm not asking for the info myself so strange answer. Was then told it was sold as a bound drone and for parts. Which was not the case (I have a screenshot of the listing just in case) So yeah. Maybe go elsewhere
