My husband and I went in multiple times to talk to them, and were pretty much blatantly ignored. we left our numbers every time and no one bothered to get back to us, one time a trainer talked to us and seemed very disinterested in our business, at one point the owner saw us and didn't even bother to acknowledging us. I have no idea why but I do know this is no way to run a business.

It's easier to follow and less intimidating than having someone simply bark orders while they stare at you. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is the price. I personally find it to be extremely high. Again, it's worth it, but not in most people's budgets. Getting fit & healthy shouldn't be a bank breaker.

Who in their right mind would risk giving personal and sensitive banking information for a $10 a month gym membership run by kids? You are asking to get hacked and have your money stolen if you do that as far as I am concerned. The young manager wouldn't even let me prepay a year's membership on my credit card. Baffled, I went down the street to The Catalyst Gym which is maybe 1/4 mile away and they charge $70 a month. That is 7 times more and the extra membership fee is worth every penny. Bigger and nicer facility with much more equipment and amenities to choose from, personal trainers everywhere, not over crowded and run by mature adults who understand and respect people's privacy, needs and concerns

I came to Orca after recovering from a hernia operation. I was at the heaviest I ever been and…read morereally felt terrible about my physical condition. I started training with Sean, Ken and Cat and felt results after only one week. After a month or two the weight was coming off and all i did was attend classes and make some minor changes to my diet. After 6 months I was down 40 lbs and felt in the best shape of my life and again I only changed a few things in my diet. At the age of 50 i was able to achieve my life long dream of climbing Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa! I had given up on this dream and only when i became an Orca member did I find the new lease on life and saw the possibility of fulfilling this dream.
