EDIT: Upon posting this review I got this person's attention (who btw, never introduced themselves by their name), accusing me of hurting their business. I want to be clear: This is not about the quality of their work, but I will not give a blank check to a random business just because I hired them 2 years ago; I deserve to know the price in advance. Isaac did a very professional job cleaning our gutters with very little mess after giving us a very reasonable quote on Yelp. He was able to come the day after he gave us the quote. With one gutter, it looked like there might have been an underground clog, but it turned out after he left I found a big clog that in the above-ground downspout that neither he nor I had suspected. I was a bit upset and asked him to come back and show me that all the other downspouts were clog-free and he did so free-of-charge. We worked together to deal with another minor clog until everything worked perfectly. All of this he handled in a very calm and reasonable manner, and I was pleased with his willingness to come back and check on his work.
