Communication and service were an A+. Isaac sent before and after photos of my roof which were clear and showed a job well done. Price was competitive with other quotes I had received in the Berkeley/Oakland area. Would highly recommend! read more

Got some quotes through Yelp for gutter and downspout cleaning. Issac responded quickly with a very competitive price quote and some details on their business. Most thorough quote out of 5. Easy communication and scheduling. On the day, arrived 10 minutes early (I much prefer early to late) and got right to work. In addition, the wife asked them to remove a bird's nest that was bugging them. Issac is a real nice guy and his communication skills are great. Took about 1:15 total time. He took pictures of the gutters which is nice - no one else did that. Price right on quote. Easy payment through Venmo. Definitely recommend WCPM for your gutter cleaning needs. read more

EDIT: Upon posting this review I got this person's attention (who btw, never introduced themselves by their name), accusing me of hurting their business. I want to be clear: This is not about the quality of their work, but I will not give a blank check to a random business just because I hired them 2 years ago; I deserve to know the price in advance. They contacted me after 2 years, asking me if I need their service again; actually, I did! What I got was an endless back and forth for a week via texting, that resulted in an opaque "offer," (offering me discounts etc of a price never mentioned) but never the exact price of the the exact services I requested in my inbox. A huge loss of time, in a very inappropriate conduct. read more

Isaac & Jacob helped me out last minute when I was in a bind. They were polite, communicative, & went above and beyond with the services they provided. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future for any and all window cleaning needs. read more

Isaac was very helpful quoting out a bid for our neighborhood group of 10 homes, including discounts for more homes that joined and even coming out to see the homes to make sure we had the right washing for out complicated siding. Highly recommend. read more

World Class Property (Isaac) was great! They had a competitive quote and excellent communication. The owner of the company, Issac, showed up to perform the work - which was to clean my solar panels. He did a great job and took before and after photos so I did not have to climb on the roof myself after to inspect. WCPM has all of the ingredients of a great company. Way to go Isaac! read more

Isaac did a very professional job cleaning our gutters with very little mess after giving us a very reasonable quote on Yelp. He was able to come the day after he gave us the quote. With one gutter, it looked like there might have been an underground clog, but it turned out after he left I found a big clog that in the above-ground downspout that neither he nor I had suspected. I was a bit upset and asked him to come back and show me that all the other downspouts were clog-free and he did so free-of-charge. We worked together to deal with another minor clog until everything worked perfectly. All of this he handled in a very calm and reasonable manner, and I was pleased with his willingness to come back and check on his work. I would recommend him very highly and will call him again when I need some exterior cleaning work done. read more

Isaac was great, windows look wonderful, gutters cleaned! Not the cheapest, not the most expensive and they did what they said Great service, fast and well done. Very happy, will use them again. read more

Absolutely fantastic job! We had Isaac come in for a post construction clean of our windows (including 1 original window) and skylights. I'm a neat freak and then blew me away with how clean they got my windows. Great attention to detail, efficient, thorough job! Absolutely would hire again!! read more

Isaac and his colleague did a really good job: - Power Washing the exterior front facade. - Power Washing front entryway and front steps. - Power Washing all adjacent property-front sidewalk. - Exterior Cleaning all front windows and doors. - Cleaning of all accessible window tracks, frames, and sills. Even though they were late I think it's totally worth it. They are careful with what they do. They prevent water to infiltrate and always ask before in case there is a doubt about something. My front facade and my windows are now very clean. I recommend. Very good service for a good price. read more

This is my second time using world-class property to clean my residential windows. Just like the first time, the cleaners came on time, did a great job, then left. What more could you want? We did have a minor hitch with the equipment, and I do think that running a window cleaning business in the city, with all our crazy structures, is hard. But it all worked out in the end, and I would recommend Isaac and his crew. read more

Did a great job cleaning my exterior windows. No drips. Very professional acting. Highly recommend.

We called World Class Property Maintenance for a window washing job and Isaac was extremely professional and was able to accommodate our job on short notice! He got our quote to us very quickly as well. In addition, since we work in real estate, we had some forms we needed to filled out and Isaac made sure these were in our possession in a timely manner, furthering the professionalism. He showed up on time and even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Thank you!!! Will be calling again! read more

ISSAC IS AMAZING!!!!! I've been in my apartmentfor 28 years and have my windows cleaned yearly. This was the best job yet!! Under 1.5 hours to do 3 large bay windows (9 windows total) inside and out. World Class Property Maintenance - I forgot the sky was blue! Lol! - Window Washing Near Me

The World Class Property Maintenance team was responsive to my request for a quote (on Yelp - cool/efficient system) and were able to squeeze in my house for a gutter cleaning same week. The team was communicative about their arrival time, quick and courteous on the job, and now my gutters are sparkly clean in time for the rainy season! They were also thoughtful about mask protections and kept their distance given the COVID times we live in right now. Thanks Isaac and team! read more

Got a quote from Isaac and arranged a next day appointment for exterior window cleaning of our 3 story building. He and a helper showed up on time, got the job done, and even reinstalled 20+ window screens at a small additional charge. No nickel and diming and work was done promptly and with good quality. Highly recommend! read more

A little tough to get a hold of initially, but once scheduled, I was very impressed with the work completed and professionalism. I had my roof cleaned, windows washed and gutters cleared. WCPM was fantastic when I called for a gutter cleaning. They came the same day I called, and even arrived an hour early! It took 60 minutes to complete gutter cleaning for my whole house, and they also provided before and after photos so I could see the work they did, and they made a recommendation for a small area to repair. All in cost $280 and it was well worth it! read more

I never write reviews, but after the amazing job that Jeremiah did & the phenomenal communication from Isaac, I had to leave a review. I found them on yelp and Isaac promptly responded with a quote + proof of insurance. Jeremiah was able to quickly adapt when he realized there was quite a bit more power washing & window cleaning than expected and did a really amazing job -- you can tell he's passionate about what he does and really went the extra mile. Trust all the 5 star reviews on here, they're legit! Will definitely work with Isaac's team again! read more

Showed up on time (actually 5 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment) I much prefer an earlier arrival than a late arrival. I can see why they have 70+ 5 start reviews. Amazing service!! Amazing communication!! There is not a bad thing I can say about this company. It was a pleasure to work with WCPM and crew. Thank you!!!!! read more

!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Isaac is reliable, professional and a genuinely nice guy! He lives near our new restaurant and he randomly cleaned our windows one day before our opening. We could not be happier with the results! In all the frenzy that comes with opening a new business, we didn't consider what a difference professionally clean windows could make. Now we hired Isaac to help us clean our windows regularly so our windows look squeaky clean all the time! Our place looks cleaner, brighter and dare I say ... larger? :) Hire this company, you won't regret it! read more

Hired WCPM to clean our second story windows inside and out. Upon his arrival, he suggested that we may as well clean the first floor windows too. He gave us a great rate on the extra windows and we agreed on price. Our windows sparkle like never before. Oh, and as an added bonus, he even cleaned our screens! Very pleased with my decision to hire Isaac and his colleague. read more

As a property manager, this has been my go-to vendor for gutter, downspout, and drain cleaning. Isaac and his team are affordable, on-time, and do great work. It's hard to find good vendors that are consistent. Once you do, you should show your appreciation. Thanks WCPM! read more

They came on time, finished the job in 45 mins. No complaints. Good communication. Will hire them again.

Isaac and team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We recently moved into a home in San Anselmo and needed our gutters cleaned before the rainy season. After soliciting bids on Yelp, Isaac was the best value and the most responsive by a mile. His team came out on time and worked their way around our roof (a tricky structure). Not only did he clean out and power wash all of the downspouts, he also identified a flaw in one of our gutter spouts that was in need of repair. I highly recommend Isaac and team and look forward working with them on a bunch of projects in the future. read more

Isaac Jones (owner) was engaging and promptly generated an estimate. Once I decide to have his company do the work and scheduled a date, he kept me informed of his schedule that day and actually arrived early to accommodate my work meeting.
