The entire process was easy from start to finish. Max and his team worked hard and handled everything smoothly. Even though we only had a one-bedroom apartment, the distance from our apartment door to the moving truck was long, and our townhome has two separate entrances on different streets, which made things more complicated. They wrapped our furniture and took apart some of the bigger items and reassembled them when we got to the new house. They seemed to genuinely want to help. If I don't count the gouges in the door frames, the damaged plants, the scratches in the floor, the…read morebroken furniture legs, the dirty handprints on the freshly painted walls, the unpacking that looked like the work of a meth addict, I would say everything was perfect. I wasn't going to mention this, because the owner gave me a refund on part of the charges, but now that the owner has called me a liar, all deals are off. Without asking my permission, one of their workers used my toilet and clogged it with poop and they just walked away from it. I couldn't get a plumber for three days so that man's poop stayed in my toilet for three days offgassing into my bathroom. Coronavirus is highly transmissible through feces but they don't care about their clients enough to train their workers in common manners. When the owner called me a liar, that was the icing on the cake. He doesn't mention what would prompt me to waste my time by making a false review for a company I know nothing about iand I've never dealt with. I guess it is too much to ask him to stand up like a man and admit his faults. My crew was headed by Chris and here are pictures that shame the owner.

Jennifer helped coordinate every detail of the packing and moving with great communication. Vitalii was a great packer and was easy to work with because of his great attitude. The moving team was focused, caring, and provided good communication about their timeline. We arrived at a storage unit and Vitalii and the team used their expert Tetris skills to thoughtfully pack and store everything we brought - a brilliant feat as I myself wasn't sure it would all fit. Overall, outstanding service and I would not hesitate to recommend this team.

I even received a reminder text the morning of the move confirming the same time. By 9:30 AM on moving day, no movers had arrived and I hadn't received any communication about delays. I called the office, and the representative seemed unsure of what was going on but said she would call me back. About five minutes later, I received a call from the driver stating they had never received my appointment and were already on their way to Los Angeles -- nowhere near where I live. He then told me they could get to my place at 4:00 PM. My move was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I had taken the day off for this, so this was completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. Thankfully, I was able to find another company last minute for the same price, and I'm so glad I did. Afterward, I looked up more reviews for 365 Days Labor and realized that many others had similar negative experiences. I would definitely not recommend this company. In fact, I would strongly advise you to steer clear.
