This by far was one of the worse experiences of my life I drove 2 hours to get to this place just for me to get there and then be informed after being told to be there at 1 and them not starting to talk and stuff to me till after 2:30 I was never told that I had to pay a 500 deposit which I didn't come there with 500 on my card so with that being said I was upset and I didn't ride the atv anymore anyways because they didn't handle there business in the way that they was suppose to I should have been told that on the phone when I booked this happens weeks ago and they are refusing to give me my money back I have called several times to talk to someone and I keep getting the run around 259 down the drain everything about this experience was horrible I wouldn't recommend it to anyone read more

Scam. They take your money and don't show up for the tour. Looks closed and the trails haven't been cleared in 4 months

Booked a tour online for 2 people. They charge your card for the full amount right away. Refund policy states cancellations must be made 72 hours before tour date. I called 5 days before the tour to cancel. No answer, left a voicemail. Left a second VM the next day and emailed support asking for the cancellation. Left a 3rd VM and still no response. They even put an additional $500 hold on my card the day before the tour. Still haven't been able to reach anyone to get my money back. After the second phone call I looked at more reviews and saw several people with the exact same complaint. I think this is only the second review for anything that I've ever left in my life. Just want to warn others to look elsewhere and not get scammed by this company. Currently working with my bank to dispute the charge and filing complaints with BBB and FTC. read more

Save yourself the headache, there are so many other options in Florida for ATV riding that have been an overall better experience with the riding and staff. This place is a literal dump and the company does not hold itself or employees accountable, YOUR safety is NOT their priority. They'll go over all these "rules" and what not but they don't even apply. Highly recommend searching for ATV experience else where for an actual ADVENTURE read more

We had an enjoyable time in the three hour tour. Guide Eddie was knowledge and the atv's were in good shape. Will definitely do again.
