They also have where we have to be accountable for our success so we post different pictures throughout the week showing how we are staying on track. I have never been involved in a program where they pushed you this hard and I am glad they did because I ended up losing 18 pounds in 6 weeks!!!! Now today it is Wednesday at 11. Pool close - but for how long??? Shower in the pool area is dirty, hair, and drain flies they can't seem to get rid of. This is the only exercise I can do. Even texting him after hours, which he did not reply to, and when he showed up the next day, just to work out, she ran up to him and asked why he "ghosted her" last night. He then repeatedly said my wife would not appreciate that, so please do not do that. He then was so uncomfortable, He left and got a membership at Planet Fitness. So, women, just beware, she's out for your husbands to take her out on the town. Most unprofessional personal trainer. La Fitness should really address that. Unless they want a sexual harassment suit on their hands. Needless to say, I will never go to that location, nor will my husband and I let all my friends know as well. When I was an active member, management and ownership were incompetent and dismissive, and based on my current experience, nothing has changed. Canceling requires jumping through unnecessary hoops, including outdated mail-in requirements that appear designed to frustrate customers into giving up. The fact that I had to call and ask for step-by-step instructions just to end a long-inactive membership is absurd. This is not a customer service issue. It is a deliberate failure of process. Between the billing errors, lack of transparency, and refusal to modernize basic cancellation practices, this gym demonstrates a complete disregard for its members. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you enjoy being charged indefinitely for services you do not use.

Once entered, you are greeted with a smile. The staff are very friendly and nice. The equipments and bathroom are clean. Like most gyms, some people do not wipe the equipments. However, the staff at this gym make sure the equipments are clean and disinfected. My only concern is how small this gym is. It gets very busy between 4 PM - 7 PM and waiting on the equipments can be frustrating and time-consuming.
