I'm so bummed we spent so much money on flooring and just as much on installation for an install that is sub par and no one at the company cares. It is like pulling teeth trying to get them to respond and we have been very patient. This has been ongoing for months. The units are all unique but still have the character of the original factory with high ceilings, wood beams and many with brick walls. One thing I love most about the building is safe and covered parking which many buildings lack. The pool is a summer favorite and there are two places to get food in the building for when you don't want to go out. The rooftop deck is great to hang out on and watch the sunset. Another great plus is that it is a dog friendly building which isn't true with many buildings. The only downside I see is that the sound proofing isn't great and the units can be a bit noisy depending on your neighbors.
