Clean, quiet and somewhat friendly. Neighborhood is okay, but some vehicles are excessively loud, and drive far too fast through the neighborhood, endangering the children who live here. Sheri, Mikayla, Keith and Marilyn are a good team. read more

We have a staff here that is top notch. Since the Arrival of Sherri, the community has been transformed in a Beautiful place to live. New homes arriving it seems like daily while the older look is disappearing. Owners are now doing landscaping and giving the community a curb appeal. No problems and it is a family-oriented place to live. Homes are priced to sell, and they do sell quickly. Please stop in to take a look and I'm sure you will be impressed. read more

This location has the best staff! They organize events, they enforce the rules but do it with kindness and patience and are quick getting things taken care of that are within their control. They provide tons of communication to residents and are very quick to respond to emails. read more

watch you buy from them they wanted to charge me for a double wide when it was a single wide 10000 over it was a good thing we noticed it before sighning papers and they would not change it read more

The current manager and assistant manager are terrible, they work in an unprofessional way. When they talk to us, they use their power of the position they're holding, they don't care if our problems solved or not, also they keep telling us they don't have time to talk to us. Such a terrible place!!! read more

It's a trailer park, but different from most. It's clean, quiet, friendly, and many of the residents are long term. Having Caledonia schools is a huge plus. Other than a new playground and use of the community room there aren't a lot of frills. read more

I grew up in this mobile home park and its a nice place to live and to feel safe in. However I am older now and my fiance and I recently started leasing out a $900.00 home here. We have never had ANY problems with the management until recently! There is new management running the place now and has NO respect for the people living here! They give NO privacy and the manager Donna made us believe she was a very friendly lady when signing our lease however she is far from friendly! We have recently been getting mail hand delivered from the maintenance guy or mail taped to our door so I called explaining to her how I thought that was unprofessional and how I think OUR mail should be kept confidential and should be sent to us through the mailbox like they have been doing for years! She was EXTREMELY rude about the issue and goes on to tell me that's how its going to be rather we like it or not and I said "ok thank you", she then ended the conversation by saying "yup whatever" and hung up the phone! I couldn't believe my ears! Talk about unprofessional! read more

I contacted the office and went on a tour of the home I was interested in. I fell in love the minute I walked in. Buying the home was simple and the office staff was super friendly. They made me feel right at home. I was lucky enough to get quiet, nice neighbors on all sides and have been really enjoying my new home. The only issue I have had in the 3 months that I have been here is that someone took the lock off my shed. Not sure how, since it was locked, but it was gone one morning. Nothing was taken out of my shed. Other than that tiny occurrence, it has been a very nice experience. I hope it stays this nice during the summer too!

In teearing out the old concrete they only prepared for some of the cracked concrete. Called the office and they stated they was not enough time to replace or money to do the rest of the driveway that is cracked. I have requested that trees on the property be taken care of as a winter storm will take they down to to my home. Come winter a strong storm will have them down.

Half of them don't work or are being piggybacked to make other power ports semi operational. Sewer hookups are shoddy and questionable. And water hookups don't all work. Oh, and here's the kicker, if you stay for a month, but need to leave early, ole "Joe" will NOT credit you or refund you ANY of the remaining portion you're owed. Guy is a scheister and a con artist. I DO NOT recommend anyone who values their camper to NOT burn to the ground from the jeri-rigged "electrical" ports. To do so, would put yourself AND your camper/RV at SERIOUS risk of damage or injury.

Management responds to work requests negatively; thinks you're "harrassing" them, and the staff. Takes months to get an answer on anything, let alone get the work actually done. I told him I didn't think it was funny was just asking a question. He said he could give me a space for $20, so I decided to Uber over there. When I arrived a little manager guy told me I had to log into their website to reserve a space. I asked him if he could just check me in from his desk and computer which were right there to save time. I also told him he could've told me to register online before I got there to save time. I had a call in 15 minutes and I didn't want to have to go through the online registration process. He then told me he wouldn't allow me to work there, I assume it's because I appeared upset. I never said a foul word. Never did anything out of the ordinary except appear inconvenienced. He got on a his little power trip and just told me he didn't want my kind in there. I asked what kind is that?He said he just didn't like something about me. I suspect he meant a customer that challenged his self appointed authority. Fair enough! Ill see what the Better Business Bureau thinks about that. So if you want to go to a place that welcoming I don't recommend here. Too much attitude. Btw found a really great alternative space to work that's quiet, surrounded by professionals, with great customer service!
