This company has issues across the board, they don't communicate with the hotels. They can't even communicate with their "clients" so theres no surprise there. When you ask them about it they say they will promise you to cancel a reservation and put you on hold for months and then reveal it to you that the property/establishment has denied the request and working adv cant do anything. They take your money and ask you to do their job calling the property for refunds. Customer service has no empathy. Their website is fake and will be changed as they seem fit. My boyfriend purchased tickets for us to see Frankie Valli concert in Vegas. My birthday present and I had never been to Vegas much less a concert. It was a big thing for me. We arrived at the venue an hour early and were asked if we had proof of Vaccination or negative test done within 7 days previous. We were never notified about needing this to even enter the venue (the customer care rep stated on the phone that we are responsible for contacting the venue for any additional information needed for entry which is a half ass way of saying "IDGAF") and we luckily mentioned Frankie Valli to the greeter. "Oh so sorry! Mr. Valli canceled yesterday" but again..when speaking to the rep on the phone...he was unapologetic and uncaring and threw the excuse at us that they were not aware so they couldn't notify us either way. No further explanation. OK, I get it, misunderstaing and probably too short a time frame. But my complaint is HOW this has been handled going forward. It feels like every person we talk to just gives us an excuse to buy and waste time and shut us up for a bit... We requested for a refund. No refund, all sales final. Stating that we even signed an agreement when we purchased the tickets. Which of course I did not remember seeing when I read the fine print. Ok, so can we get a credit? "No we are unable to refund or credit since this event was not canceled, it was rescheduled." Fine... we'll figure out a way to get there again in January. Mind you this is in November even going into December, the tickets were for in October. Feeling I had been given misinformation from WA about using original tickets, I called the box office themselves and asked if we could just use our old tickets. They explained they had to be the new tickets with new seating arrangements and new printed date since it was rescheduled and refunds had been issued. Ok. Called Working Advantage and asked for new tickets so that we could go. They argued and said we can use old tickets. I sigh. Exhausted at this point with my 4th time calling and this being a 2 hour conversations with both them and box office and tell them the Box Office people said new tickets needed!! Supervisor was also unhelpful and said they would "be reaching out to their partner regarding this and get back to us within 72 hours with a resolution or update" by email that was received and over and OVER again for 2 WEEKS!!! TODAY is January 1. The new event is about 15 days away now and they sent an email saying all sales final. You are fucking kidding me right? This company is a joke and waste of time. They are so demonstrative in the way they address you and your concerns and make it sound like it's YOUR fault. But it's NOT my fault when you can't even produce what I PAID for! Which is fraud and a SCAM! I understand things out of our control happen and it's no one's fault. But not offering a resolution at all and not even attempting to meet in the middle is just NOT the right thing to do... it is wrong on so many levels. "We got our money so now we don't care anymore. Sorry, no refunds. All sales final. You're fucked. Have a nice day." I hope my long winded conplaint/story will steer anyone clear that they should NOT purchase from this company. They won't help you out. They lie to you. They steal from you. "tickets will be issued within 24-48 hours before the event." Wait so let me get this straight..if we got tickets and flew all the way out to Vegas (or drove again..) and we didn't get the tickets in time... what then? Of course they suggest we gift them.. haha how are we supposed to prepair for an event with no tickets and no time? Call the box office to maybe confirm, but no guarantee they'll be sent. Anyway. The day comes and goes and guess what? No tickets. Well it was also explained on the 10th call to WA that if in the case we DON'T receive the tickets in time we can get a full refund. So we call today and speak with a rep AND a supervisor to only be told, again, "we will have to reach out to our partner for processing a refund." Which takes 3 days... I made sure the hotel was refundable before I booked. When I asked for a refund, they eventually agreed to give a credit voucher. Nowhere did it say anything about a credit voucher when I booked. I booked a package deal using my employee benefits account and I also live in Hawaii, all flights available were evenings and nights so opted for a 8 pm flight out from Kona Hawaii. I selected the dates and proceeded to book. 1 month later we arrive in Colorado and go to check into our hotel (we were a group of 5 with 3 hotel rooms- that included hot tubs) and the receptionist can't find our booking. She then tells me "your rooms were call canceled due to being "no shows". Absolutely terrified I check our itinerary and realized the "package deal" we purchased had a check in date from the day before! How am I supposed to check into our rooms if we are still on the plane? Once you select your hotel room you choose your flights and the check in dates and times should match up according to our arrival DAY not the day we leave! There is no option to change dates after selecting everything! I'm currently out $2000, and 5 of us had to re-book and pay another $2200 to have a place to stay. Canceled my tickets without my permission, refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I can't believe how idiotic the customer service reps are! I called asking about how to go about a ticket cancelation to a circus show in case one of my family members tests positive for COVID. I was told the rep would have to ask the circus to see if they give refunds for things like this or partial refunds. I let me know multiple times that we do not yet know if we have to cancel at all as we did not receive the COVID tests results yet. He said he understood and repeated my request back to me to make sure. After we hang up, I got an email from the rep, as promised. In the email it is not clear if he already made a cancelation request or an inquiry about cancelation to the circus. I replied to his email, reminding him that I do not want to cancel anything yet. No response. A few hours later, I receive and automated message that cancelation was processed. I quickly call Working Advantage back and speak with the same rep. He said nothing can be done now and I am not able to speak to a manager or supervisor. I asked to wait to speak to someone but he refused. What horrible customer service. Am I allowed to give a business 0 stars? Worst customer service in the history of customer service. I was in the process of buying tickets when I got a notification saying the tickets were now gone. They literally sold the tickets out from underneath me even though it said they were holding them for 10 minutes in order for me to check out and had a timer counting down. When I called frustrated their representative refused to acknowledge their timer isn't true and that they allowed someone else to buy the ticket. Instead they blamed me and told me that I must not have understood how to use their website and that I shouldn't have trusted their timer. I hung up the phone because the conversation was pointless and the representative called me BACK to tell me "maybe someone more worthy of the tickets got them." The worst customer service reps imaginable. What's worse is I went on the events main page 20 minutes later and the same exact tickets in the same seats were available. I have very little doubt Working Advantage advertises these amazing seats to events for great prices but as people check out notifies them that those seats are "gone" in order to trick them into buying worse seats so that Working Advantage can make a profit. read more

I have tried for several days to rectify this issue of a refund or a credit for the Boston Bruins vs. Carolina Hurricanes on 12/21/21.  The NHL has not released new dates for the Boston Bruins/Carolina Hurricanes game due to COVID-19 protocols.  I bought these tickets as a gift during the Christmas holidays and the value is over $500.  My family and I live in California with no plans to visit Boston just to go to a game. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years and to not even try to provide a credit at least is poor customer service considering this is COVID related. I understand that Working Advantage is a 3rd party but Ticketmaster is at least trying to process refunds to do the right thing by the consumer. read more

The hotel manager had no problem refunding my stay, but because I booked with this company there's a process. Well, the tickets never arrived so I requested a refund! They later email me saying they denied my refund because they said they could not "exchange, cancel or modify my order" which is none of what I asked for! Working Advantage has really gone downhill. Its customer service reps give you different prices for the same event. They tell you one thing and then write the opposite on your account. They have become untrustworthy. They advise you to buy the Allianz insurance for emergency cancelations, and then they don't honor it when something actually happens! We had death in the family right before the Trevor Noah event. I called Working Advantage to advise them of the tragic event and advise that we were unable to go to the show. They acted like I planned it!! I advised them I had purchased the event insurance from Allianz as suggested. I have spoken to them and Allianz several times. Working Advantage recently sent me an email advising they can't assist me with my issue and they have determined that i will not get a refund. How cold can you be! I called Allianz and they advised they will send this information to claims and that they will require the obituary and date of the demise. I have no problem providing the requested documents. It has been at least 7 days and I have not heard back from them. This is frustrating and cruel. Working Advantage you really need to do better! All the bright colors and fancy speech on your website can't cover-up the unprofessional, untrustworthy practices in your company! You need a complete overhaul. The reason I hit purchase was the rates on Disney hadn't gone up yet on WA and the rates for Universal were $15 below everyone else. Because I could use Paypal - I figured no harm no foul because Paypal always has your back. I received my Universal Tic immediately and an email that 24-48 I would get my Disneyland. I booked a flight and hotel stay using working advantage. I am realizing how much of a mistake that was. I booked my trip yesterday. As most folks, you expect a confirmation email, it's been over 24 hours and nothing. I contact the airline and they have our flight which is great, however a hotel was another issue. I called the hotel yesterday and they responded that they had in fact received our reservation. However this morning the money returned to my account. I called working advantage and they claim they see no reservations under my name. I called the hotel and the same issue. So now I have flights to New Orleans and not hotel to stay. I asked the rep at Working Advantage to put me through to a supervisor he said he could only take my name and phone number and hope for him to call me back. What was an exciting vacation is now becoming a nightmare before we get there. I am an executive for my employer. When I called working advantage, They told me its taxes on your booking and we have to pay an "order fee, for us to call the company on your behalf". I could have easily went on the website of the car rental and booked it myself and avoided all these fees. HUGE SCAM, you are NOT saving money! You are better off booking directly, PS: the phone representative said "I cannot see this breakdown". I hardly ever leave reviews, but my experience with Working Advantage has been so egregious that I feel it is absolutely necessary to share it publicly. You would be better off getting tickets with literally ANYBODY else. A suspicious scalper on the street outside of a venue will provide better service than Working Advantage. I purchased two tickets in July to a concert. I received the tickets without any problem, but when I got to the venue I was denied entry with the tickets Working Advantage issued me. The box office refused to help since they were purchased through a third party vendor. I called Working Advantage immediately and sat on hold for nearly an hour at which point I hung up because I was going to miss the concert otherwise. Luckily there was someone else in line with extra tickets that they sold to me (in a worse section, for more money for the record). I followed up with Working Advantage twice before I could even get them to respond and they proceeded to give me the runaround saying they needed to "contact their partner" to investigate. I still don't know who this mysterious partner is. After battling with them for several weeks (sitting on the phone listening to hold music for hours, speaking to a different representative every time who needed to be brought up to speed on my case again, getting placeholder emails that did nothing to move the case forward) I finally got my bank involved. In following up with my bank, they've expressed to me as well how deeply difficult it has been to have a productive conversation with Working Advantage as well. Meanwhile, I have been out $125 for tickets that DID NOT WORK, for over a month. It seems I am going to need to proceed with small claims court to resolve, which is more time and money out of my life. Buy your tix on Stubhub or Seatgeek or on the street or literally anywhere. At least they assume responsibility when they give you bad tickets. I thought since I had membership to Working Advantage through my employer that they would be reputable, respectable, and accommodating. Boy how wrong I was. I'm a teacher and my school district uses this company to "help" us get a deal since teacher do not make much to begin with. I rented a car and through this company. I was not able to get a returning flight so I was not able to rent the car however this company took my money. I called for a refund ($500) and they refuse to give me my money back. Clearly I'm upset because $500 is a lot of money for anybody. After speaking with a CSR I got no answers on why I'm not getting my money back. I did not use the rental so I should get a refund.
