Let me tell you, his training changed my whole body! My body has transformed completely from a regular female body with not much strength in the upper body, to one that has muscle definition, energy and strength. Body changes: Belly before: a little pouch, kind of pudgy, but some core strength from yoga Belly after: smaller waist, OBLIQUES showing, lean and very strong core muscles Chest before: just lean, not much strength Chest after: visible nice looking layer of chest muscles that is not too much, still feminine and look strong and healthy like a celebrity Shoulders before: rounded, not very good posture, very normal looking Shoulders after: shoulder look leaner, more angular and look much better in clothes.
