If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend bought steel toed boots in his usual size, he wore them to work the next day and the one shoe was loose. For reference he works indoors so there is no dirt or grim on the shoe. They told him the 30 day return policy is void because he wore them. He wasn't asking for his money back, just to exchange for the next size down. He called customer service and they said if he goes home and cleans them, they will exchange them as a one-time courtesy. So now he's wasted his gas and time, not once, but twice. Next time we'll just order on Amazon. Not worth the hassle. Horrible customer service!!! read more

the customer service here is why i'm giving a bad review. the Deptford location is horrible. I browsed for about 45 minutes for boots. I asked the gentleman some questions and all he could do was point st the signs and read what they said (I had already done that and my questions weren't answered). I finally used google to answer my questions, chose my boots and walked to the register. The lady and gentleman were look through a company binder thing. The lady looks at me and says " one minute!". A female shopper walks up and the female employee calls her right over to the register and proceeds to take her, ignoring me so I set the boots down and walked out. read more

When I entered the store the two cashiers asked me if I had any questions about anything in their store to go back to them for help finding my needs. Well I did that. I found some really nice Function By Design shorts. I purchased 3 pairs of shorts -2 pairs that are black and 1 pair of navy blue. I loved the fit, quality and the cost. A couple weeks ago my husband and I went to the store to look for scrubs for my husband for work. We were looking for men's or unisex section. We saw a sign saying men's which was extremely small but didn't see the color he is required to wear for work so I asked sales lady is there a men's section so she points to the tiny section I already saw and says it says it right there. So I responded well is that it? Yes she says so I showed her the color he needed as we brought one of his to make sure he got correct color she says we don't have it. Never offered to order it or anything. Needless to say we won't be going back, staff is not helpful at all. We went to Gloucester Township outlets uniform store where they gladly offered to order what he needed as they were out of stock. read more

I have to give huge kudos to Mike and Kim in the Deptford store. They spent over 45 minutes resolving an issue with a card issued from my work that seemingly didn't work at all. When all was said and done, I left happy, and with new boots, amd two new shirts. Thank you again Mike and Kim for dealing with my piss poor attitude. It was extemely frustrating to know the issues were all on the end of my company who issued the card. They both know their jobs, and know what to do in the event that something needs to be escalated to resolve it. read more

Pull up to shop however there is a male worker holding the entrance door only open enough that his right hand can hold his cigarette while flicking ashes on the entry walkway while his feet are in the store. I understand it's 49 degrees outside however I'm pretty sure there is an ordinance to avoid tobacco smoke a certain feet away from entrances. Do to this initial impression I never made it into the store. read more
