I can't express how thrilled we were to find Milano Leather, a hidden gem of a leather coat store. The staff was not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through the vast array of options with genuine enthusiasm. The quality of their European leather goods is unparalleled. The real mink coat and shearling trench coat we purchased was a luxurious masterpiece, perfect for the cold New England winter weather. The two leather jackets not only looked incredible, but were made of a velvety soft leather that felt fantastic to the touch. Imagine how happy we were to walk away with FOUR high-quality coats from this one store, when we were struggling to find just 1 decent coat from dozens of different luxury stores. Service can be somewhat rude. I agree with other Yelpers that the sales staff here could benefit from some training in professionalism. Check out the Wrentham Outlet location for better prices. The sales there are truly incredible.

Thank you for obtaining permission for your customers to pull over into the fire lane to do curbside pick up and returns. Thank you also for extending your return policy. Not ready to hand over the 5th star cause of my general past in-person experience at this location. Although it has now been about a year since I've stepped through your doors, historically, I couldn't help but be aware of how messy your aisles often were. Yes, your customers should have returned the shoes to the appropriate shelves when they were done with checking them out, but unfortunately not everyone plays the part of a responsible adult when out in public. So it would be nice to be able to spot a staffer here or there organizing or restocking sometimes, instead of primarily only being able to locate your workers over by the registers.

Although the suit arrived in 4.5 weeks, they both were very responsive via email and had discussed with their tailor to arrange for immediate adjustments if it needed that. Nothing particularly good or bad about the experience, just got shoes with no fuss. Kind of all you can ask for. A year later (I don't wear these shoes often) I notice that my shoes are very squeaky. I contact Sperry's customer support number and about a day later, after providing photos and proof of this shoe's existence, they're mailing me a replacement pair. No shipping cost. Super extra nice to see this level of commitment and support from a company.

Sperry and Wolverine Company Store…read more From my personal experience, I would expect more from Sperry when working with a distributor. Wolverine is not a customer service focused company. After purchasing a Sperry shoe from Sperry direct(website), it came from these guys. I purchased a Sperry shoe in the same size as the rest of my Sperrys and it fits too tight and i will not be able to wear them (waste of my money). I get it if this was solely my fault but I purchased them with the prior knowledge I had about all of my other Sperry shoes. After asking them to "Not return" but "Exchange" the product, they responded with "All Sales Are Final". I know that companies inquire costs to these things with shipping etc., but they need to give their customers some kind of option. This is not the right answer for any organization when it comes to matters like this and is disappointing. My Advice would be to maybe make sure you purchase direct from Sperry because their resellers customer service is sub-par at best. I just want the shoes i purchased to fit. (hard to know that for sure when purchasing on-line)
