I was admittedly a little worried about ordering after reading some of these reviews, but to say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement! EXCELLENT customer service--The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a lovely man who introduced himself as Helder. He was very helpful when needed but also gave me the space to explore on my own. Since then, I've placed multiple orders through the Yale portal and have had almost all orders arrive in just over a week (one took two weeks, but someone called to let me know). My girlfriend called first thing in the morning, was told that her ID for her clinical program that is required for her to attend her nursing program was ready, so we drove an hour to get there, the staff was rude to her and told her "she can get it Monday" and offered no apology whatsoever. If I didn't have to buy from here as a Yale employee, I wouldn't. Every single time there's a problem. From phone calls that aren't returned to orders that are lost or incorrect to poor communication between their own people. Each yearly order is like gearing up for a gyne exam--no choice but to suffer through it. Was nervous coming in today as it was my first time and I didn't have my employee ID with me but the clerks Gia and Abby were very welcoming, kind, and friendly. Even the store manager Helder took the time out to walk me through the different style uniforms throughout the store. He educated me on the different options I had. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and made my uniform perfectly with the personal machine. The prices aren't that bad at all. Plus they gave out goodieI left very refreshed, excited, and overall happy. I would recommend coming this store 100%. Thank you for the GREAT service guys. You rock ! I will be back soon ! read more

It seems odd that a company that supplies to working people does not have evening or weekend hours. They are open when people are typically at work. The products are good name brand uniforms at a fair (not fabulous) price and are available at other uniform suppliers with more convenient hours and better service. Don't buy your uniforms here 3x I ordered my uniforms for my school and three times they screwed them up majorly and they couldn't even have the decency to even try to fix the order in a proper way that took the proper amount of time do yourself a favor stay away from this store Update: when I first got my order, one shirt was correct, The second shirt (button down Oxford shirt ) came in without the embroidery. I brought the shirt back 1 week ago today, it was promised to be fixed by the next day. The next day comes around and the shirt is NOT done. It needed to be shipped out to New Jersey for some reason, and it would be done in 2 days. 2 days later, No shirt. Claimed that they didn't have time to do the shirt. One week to the day later, I called customer service and talked to someone by the name of Brian. He stated that shirt was completed and shipped to me by ups and that I should revive it today. I typed in the tracking number on ups.com and guess what? No tracking number available. Don't believe these people, because all they do is lie. I ordered online. I received a confirmation that the order went through. After 2 weeks I called the company to inquire about my order and evidently it did not go through because they didn't have the color I chose. It was clear on the website. I still have not gotten a confirmation of shipment. I called after another week and they still had not shipped my order. It is supposed to be delivered in another week. Not happy at all!! I ordered my scrubs online out of convenience because I'm a busy mom and worker. I ordered a jacket and had them embroider it. Well it came out wrong. Apparently you have to specify the exact location you want your name and position and floor. I gave my name, floor, and position. The floor wasn't on it. My name and postion are right on the chest. However it's my first name, postion as if my postion is my last name. It looks ridiculous. I was sure it was the same across the board everyone has the same embroidery. When I asked if they can fix it or I can return and re order it apparently there is a strict return policy for embrodery. They told me my only option was to pay for a new one and keep the mess up one. I am so dissatisfied with this company!! I will not order another thing from them again. I was informed by my job, that the new location for ordering my scrubs, was this location. When you call the number listed as store 2036244125. You get someone who then places you on hold. For them to contact the store. Also was told I need to order them online. Which you are able to pick a size, but unable to choose petite. So ordering online is out of the question.
