We started off with the steam juicy buns in our case soup dumplings , next we had to shui mai and the dish that we did make adjustments to was the tofu mushroom bok choy instead of tofu we asked them to put in beef, leaving everything else the way it is intended and a wound up being an outstanding dish. Hence we recommended the owners to consider adding a beef mushroom bok choy dish to the menu.
