Waste of time, ordered two scoops of custard topped Strawberry, banana and hot fudge and they gave me a concrete. Stupid workers, custard all melted now. Going back to Andy's, same price but they actually know what a sundae is. Disappointment as hell. Wasted $7

John's favorite

My partner told me stories of his family going to Woolley's after baseball games, and so I had high expectations when we came to visit. I was blown away! The concretes here are absolutely delicious and leaps and bounds better than anything you get from a typical fast food shake. My partner got John's favorite, and I had Lauren's favorite with Oreos substituted for heath bar. Both concretes were amazing, and the homey family-owned vibe of the shop made it feel like we were kids again growing up in the early 2000s. Could not recommend this place more!

The the John's Favorite. It was really good and planning to frequent this place moving forward.

Staff was very helpful and recommendations made it easier to pick. You are able to sub out certain toppings. Overall, great place and pricing is good.

Chocolate Custard, Cookie Dough and Brownie

My go-to: Chocolate Custard, Cookie Dough and Brownie bits. I feel like Woolley's is a Watuaga staple and with it being conveniently located in the middle of neighborhoods, it's hard to say no! Best custard in the area hands down and the sweetest workers.

Banana Split

Caught a craving for a banana split so we decided to try someplace new to us! Friendly staff, delicious custard, and I loved the wall of guest photos from around the world. That's always fun! We look forward to returning to try more custard!

I had a banana shake and my wife the Kaitlyn I think. My shake was smooth and creamy with a lot of banana flavor. The custard in the cup was vanilla with heath bar and pecans, it was good and full of toppings. Will definitely be back.

First time coming here. Really liked the frozen custard. Service wasn't great, but wasn't terrible either.

All of their to go custards are thawed and refrozen. This leads to a crunchy texture and a hard to eat custard. I like Andy's much more.

Manager said yes it will be 30 minutes, ring order and walks to back. I grab receipt and walked outside outside to wait. 15 mins pass and I walk inside to get greeted horribly by manager who mentions he won't give order next time because I reached and grabbed my receipt. After disagreement he goes on to say he was calling the police and that I had to leave the store. Security came in and asked about situation and I explained. Told him he had no valid reason to make me leave and no reason to refuse my purchase. I sat until he called police so I could get a report for records. Not only did he call the police he lied and told them that I had threatened him and called some guys from next door to witness I suppose. This is not a good look for your company and have someone working at your company that lacks proper management skills. I have documented this incident with the police report and hope to never see his face again! Considering contacting news outlet as well! He had no reason to display discriminatory behavior towards me. Basically manager had me wait 30 minutes to deny my purchase after waiting, call the police then lie to say I threatened him. As I mention and told manager and police, there's cameras in here go do a playback!

This little shop wasn't hard to find at all, that was a plus. When visiting eateries in Fort Worth,…read morethat's something I think about. I had no idea they were there, actually, I had no idea many of those shops were in that area. When I walked in, did I picture a cute little ice cream shop that I'd want to sit in and talk the evening away, no. It was slightly busy and I'm not too fond of having conversations, while people are constantly walking in and out. It would be nice if they had outside seating, as the weather starts to cool, it would make for a very nice evening. I chose the Mint Oreo Milkshake, it was very delicious. So, very delicious! Would I visit again, probably not. I don't think I would be willing to commit to paying $13.00+ a tip for a large (actual size of a small/medium) shake, where there are other ice cream shops (Braums) that are a staple in many communities and are half the price. I know they like to play on the "we use nitro ...", but the price is still the price, and people feel as if they're not getting what they're paying for; that's the issue. I'm happy I had the chance to experience this new little spot, it was nice!
