I visited the store on 5/3/2026 I had a coupon that I received, apparently, I miss read the coupon,…read moreit stated 25% off of $100.00 purchase, never stated excluding suits, I was about to purchase a suit the rude cashier whom came from the back (older lady) said if you read the coupon this don't apply, I said never mind I don't want the suit, if she would have explained, due to the coupon buy one suit get the other one 50% off that the $25.00 off of $100 don't apply however she was dismissive, I wish I would have taken note of her name, it's a missed opportunity for company, if she had any customer service skills she should have informed that if I wanted too I can get another suit and received he 50% off and try to get money in the till. I enjoy the discounts and the product, I 'll just go to another location.
