As someone who isn't a car expert, I assumed an alignment would be included--or at the very least, that someone would mention it when I was making such a big purchase. But I wasn't even asked. When I went back and explained what happened, hoping they'd help or offer some kind of discount on replacement tires, they basically shrugged and told me it was my fault for not getting an alignment. No help. No ownership. No offer to make it right. Just, "you should've gotten an alignment." If this is how they treat their customers, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere next time--and I'd recommend you do the same.

They didn't have my tire in stock and had to order it. That was fine until it took over a week to come in. When it finally arrived and I went to purchase the tire I had to wait for 20 minutes while they frantically look for my tire that they somehow lost. After finding the tire they tried to charge me $215 for a single tire, I was quoted at $160 when I ordered the tire. I ended up getting them back down to the price I was quoted at but it just makes me wonder how many others they have overcharged like this. I am very disappointed and will not return.
