As of 4/10 they have not reached out to me once to schedule or provide any updates. I've reached out to them numerous times with no clear response. I was initially drawn to them by the 5 star reviews, but trust me and go elsewhere for your repairs. Turns out Sprague's has been acquired by a private equity firm as of 1/31. I'm guessing that is the issue but either way, be warned that customer service is the last thing you will receive if you deal with this place.

The shop is clean and modern, frame machine is top of the line with up-to-date data. Other observations: ~He repaired our door when our Camry got hit and after repairing it to look like the day it was made and meticulously cleaning the car, he spent an hr with a pressure hose just checking the rubber doorseal for even a drop of leaked water prior to pick up. ~We didn't have to take the car to numerous shops to fix AC they have the equip. there. ~"Fanatical" attention to detail isn't the word... these men are true craftsmen who still take pride in their work and a treat to deal with in world full of wacky or shady operators. What a difference staff makes…read more Not sure what happened but after Andy left the place has gone down hill. Have previously brought my Audi here for tires, as local and prices for tires are very competitive plus GMC rebates if I used my CC. (NO LONGER AVAILABLE). The service at GMC is poor. Non responsive. I let management know and switched my Audi tire service to their Ford team, which is excellent and highly recommended. Recent situation new tires only have 20K miles on them. Filed a warranty issue. No call backs, no feedback. Called again told parts is addressing it and will get back to me. No call backs. Called again left a voice message for parts, still no call backs. Interesting, why bother recording your phone calls if management does NOT monitor the calls! Guess their GM is too busy doing commercials with sports people to care about the "actual and existing" customer! Ps NYE Auto is no longer owned by the NYE family.
