Then he ignored my attempts to communicate. To make matters worse, after I left a negative review on Google he sent the text message that appears in the screenshot here. He did that after calling me six times at 7:00 AM. He could have offered to make it right, and kept an appointment. Instead he made excuses. As a customer, I expect that you will keep your word and show up when you promise - or at least communicate with me. If you can't do that then you don't deserve my business.

He and his team took my truck even though they were booked out and about to close and got me back on the road!!! The whole team is great not to mention they really know what they are doing and pride themselves in doing a great job! If you need anything at all diesel related this is your shop!! I am so grateful to them for their help as I really needed to get home to my kid and was already so stressed due to horrible situation I was already dealing with from the other shops incompetence. They were also incredibly fair on pricing!

Several months ago, we purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Gerald Jones, a very pleasant experience…read more Couple of weeks ago, we got a notification from Gerald Jones that the car had notified them that the Airbag had a problem, so we brought it in. What they told us was that the wiring harness under the passenger seat had been chewed by a dog and needed to be replaced for $975. Looks like one of his toys had rolled under the seat and he had been trying to get it. All of our interactions with Gerald Jones have been very good. Just a warning if you have this car and a small dog.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from here for his work commute. During the time of our…read morepurchase and test drive there had been no mechanical issues. Two months ago the check engine light went off and we fixed what the issue had shown through the series of codes. Then the check engine light came on once again and we again fixed what the issue was through the different series of codes it showed. For a third time the check engine light has come on and we were not able to see what more codes there were and it became where the car felt unsafe to drive. My husband scheduled an appointment to discuss that we no longer willing to pay payments on a vehicle that was what we believe to have been deceivingly sold to us. My husband had gone in with the intention of discussing the situation of issues that seemed to be continuously popping up and dicuss a possible trade in. The salesperson was very understanding and was doing the best he could as just a salesmen and of course he'd need to speak with the general manger and the service department. Now this is where our experience went VERY downhill. When the car had been taken into the service shop MORE codes showed up that I quote "multiple codes that were not there and hiding behind the other codes.". Which seems to my husband were codes that had been hidden or erased. Then the General Manger came out to speak with my husband, honestly he didn't even speak with my husband. What my husband encountered with this employee was absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful and arrogant. Not only was my husband not be able to directly share our needs with this employee but was denied a handshake when he went to introduce himself, had LAUGHTER and SMIRKING thrown in his face when I quote the GM stated "You can either go test drive the car you need and be flexible with your payments or leave in what you showed up in and hope it doesnt break down on the way home.". The GM didnt even have the decency to even SHAKE my husband's hand when my husband decided to leave. My husband himself had to reach out and shake the employee's hand. This dealship on the Subura side is being managed by a very disrespectful and unprofessional GM that finds it appropriate to LAUGH, SMIRKE at a customer, and not shake their hand when they came to speak about trading in a previously bought vehicle that didnt even last TWO MONTHS before throwing out code after code after code. As a customer that came in with a calm and willing to work with them to trade in a car that they bought from them with of mechanical issues and asking for a solution but instead was met with the above encounter is..honestly dont even have words for it, especially when the customer tried to end the whatever the hell you'd call that appointment by simply reaching out for a handshake and then was refused that handshake.

If you're looking for a dealership that leads by example and treats their clients with respect- go…read moreto Dick Smith Nissan in Lexington. I bought a brand-new 2024 Nissan Kicks in August 2024. From the first week, I had issues with multiple electronic systems and safety sensors. Since then, I have had my CarPlay unit replaced, unit reset, and ADAS replaced. I have also been told that some of these sensor issues are known problems (including an anti-collision system that can engage without warning if a particle of dust gets behind the Nissan emblem on the hood), and despite wasting several days of my life on service appointments and warranty work, the problems persist, even after being told again and again that the next "fix" will resolve everything. I have gone to Nissan Consumer Affairs, and the Service Manager Spencer discredited my claims and service records clearly showing design flaws and inherent safety concerns with the vehicle. While I was told it was escalated to General Manager Johnny, who supposedly spent 3 months speaking to Nissan Dealer Affairs about a buyback/replacement- I discovered that was a lie. The leadership of this dealership only cares about their bottom line and not the real humans their negligence and decisions impact. Despite employees at both local locations trying to assist me, I am still stuck in an unsafe vehicle, with no current recourse, over a year later. I am writing this in the hopes that this last-ditch effort creates positive change for my experience. If so, I will update my review. Otherwise, their failures will remain posted without update. This is their final opportunity to prove they care. I deeply regret ever trusting such an important decision to Miracle Nissan.
