Upon arrival to get the topper installed, Devin, the manager, was borderline confrontational (arguing whether I was there to "pick it up" or "have it installed") and the complete opposite of courteous. When I asked if I could see the topper before it went on the vehicle he acted like I was a mere annoyance and bothering him. Just a poor poor job of customer service. You'd think if someone had $3K+ of disposal income to buy an optional truck topper you'd want to at least feign being nice to keep them as a customer. Not here. Ownership should rethink management selections. Oh, and not for nothing, the weather strip fell off after an hour and I left the garage at the shop with the pictured bird crap. Not a good experience. I'd rather drive to Atlanta then spend another dollar at this establishment.
