Well had another load today to bring to Sample & Son. And again met with smiling customer…read morerepresentative as always. It's a pleasure to deal with people who are friendly and greet customers with a smile. Sample @ Sons is the place to bring your unwanted clippings either from grass, overgrown bushes, and yes cut up trees. They even take broken concrete and in a different area of their large business grounds have a place for those old dishwashers, water heaters, old lawn mowers, bicycles, washer and dryers, and other steel stuff. In other words there is no reason to keep that stuff which I call junk , hanging around the homestead making your neighborhood look like Hillbillies live there. The costs are reasonable. I recommend Sample & Sons for you nonfood disposable place. Give them a try.

I was told they could not accept as a return but would buy it back for less than I paid. I accepted the terms, begrudgingly so. I did not want the used computer some of my money back was better than none. This is a perfect example of why people go to large corporate companies to do business and we are loosing the local businesses . There customer service policies is not sustainable. Shortly after moving in multiple things kept being found, from rotted out subflooring (visible without moving anything), gaps in the vinyl at every window, buckling drywall from water damage, substantial termite damage, and misdiagnosed source of water in crawlspace. After spending our time to resolve these issues a friend mentioned to reach out to the inspector to inform the company of how much was missed. We closed on January 27th, and I contacted premier on February 3rd with pictures and details of the multitude of issues. Jeff Young had an excuse for every single thing I listed. Instead of considering his missing a multitude of issues, he ended up blaming me as being dishonest. Since his company asked 3 times for a review, I left him one on Google. He replied to the review saying I was a unrealistically expectationed customer and that he did everything in his power to resolve the situation. His company only sent me one email. They never called, they never came out to look at all I found, they never even expressed concern. I am extremely discouraged by the fact that they will claim they did everything in their power to resolve the issue. Instead, it makes me question how honest this company is and how many other people they may be manipulating.
