Two technicians arrived right on time, and hit the ground running. A quick check from inside the rv of the power to the unit confirmed that the motor had indeed frozen up. Within minutes they were up on the roof with a new motor that they had brought with them. After about 30 minutes or less, they were down and checking that everything was running well and that the unit was cooling As it should. They were both very professional and made sure that all was well before they left. You're asking for trouble if you have these people work on your equipment. All they want is your money and they don't care if you come back or not.

Called this morning to check availability for Mike to come out to the campground and fix a leaking…read moretoilet in my RV. After talking with him he said it sounds like a blown seal/o-ring. He didn't have the part on hand but would order it with next day shipping. I also asked if he would change the engine oil and service the on board generator. I discovered I actually had the replacement valve kit and called him back. He was able to fit me into his schedule today. He came to our site did the repairs and services needed in a timely manner and at a fair price. If I'm ever back through this area and need work done on my RV I will definitely call Mike again.
