She promised it would take one week, but three weeks later I had to call, text, FB message, etc to get a response for delivery. This is a fly by night company! They started by building stuff out of pallets and they should have stopped there! Mike Woods came and measured our front door to replace it with a sturdy steel door. He measured the door incorrectly, ordered the wrong door(actually never ordered in advance) , he was always late to the job, he came at 6 o'clock at night and cut the hole for our door only to realize that he ordered the wrong size door and that it wouldn't fit below our roofline. So he quickly ran to Home Depot before they closed and just grabbed whatever door that would fit in the hole that he cut. It was not the door agreed-upon in the contract. He left at 10 o'clock at night as my husband was going to work! There were gaps all around the door, it was out of level, and the trim had yet to be replaced. He assured us he would be there tomorrow morning. He did not show up in the morning and then he called and said he would be there at 5 PM. At 6:30 my husband called him and told him just to forget about it because when my husband called and Mike answered Mike began cussing my husband out and told him that "he was starting to get pissed off at us". He expected us to be grateful because he was only charging us $389 to put a door in. Bottom line is his wife does not know how to write a contract, and he does not know how to measure or do an estimate properly. Once he fails the estimate, he fails the job miserably! After they screw up the job and you either fire them or you complain that they didn't do it correctly and you want it fixed they become violent verbally. Mike and Layla Woods have slandered us verbally all over the Internet, have harassed us via text and are still sending us invoices in amounts varying of over $100 for over a year now. I have spoken to their landlord who just recently kicked them out and she has taken them to court because they destroyed her home. If you're looking for trouble, this is the contractor for you! If you want the job done right, keep looking! Oh and if anybody is looking for them to sue them, I heard they moved to Georgetown. read more

Absolutely horrible business, very unprofessional. We wanted our Gazebo redone because it was at least 8 years old and so we contacted this company, the woman Leila promised us she'd be able to do it that Thursday of that week, however she never showed up. She claimed to have been busy moving into a new house. So we scheduled again, about two weeks later, and said she was coming and never showed up. They are unprofessional and do not provide good customer service. Highly recommend using a different company. read more

Inexperienced, unreliable, that's why estimates so cheap. Beware. If the prices are half of a good contractor's there's a reason.

Wood's Design assured me they could repair my sinking driveway. Very pleasant people. Halfway thru the work I questioned the quality of work and was told it would come out beautiful. With 3 days left to complete, it was a frightful disaster. I agreed to pay the balance as I was breaking the contract. I now have to pay to have it all removed and redone. I'm sure this company excels in certain trades but driveways are not one. read more

The pricing, the kindness of the company is so refreshing. We were not rushed or pushed into anything we didn't want. The job was done quickly and again, the quality of work is amazing.
