We had a great experience with Cabinet Cures of the Triangle! Greg came to our house to give us an…read moreestimate, which he provided on the spot. I had some questions... needed to tweak it... he was always responsive via text and email. I then visited the showroom to choose a door style and molding. Once we decided to pull the trigger, things moved quickly. His team came to measure and we scheduled the installation. They were here for 5 days, as expected, and not only showed up on time, but cleaned everything up before they left each day. We actually had dinner at home most nights during the install! Wes and Drake were here every day, helped on occasion by Doug and Jam. The final result exceeded our expectations and took just 4 weeks from contract to completion! A week after they finished, I noticed that one of the cabinet doors was not closing properly. I contacted them late morning and by mid-afternoon, they were here to replace the hinge! Excellent customer service!

In 2021 I paid Cabinet Cures of Raleigh to reface my kitchen cabinets with maple wood over MDF. The…read morework looked good initially, but within 2-3 years, peeling began along the top edges of doors, drawer fronts, and some seams. I've attached clear photos showing the damage. I reached out for warranty service in 2025 providing details and photos. They came out and took pictures. The company responded by email, the peeling was due to water damage and therefore not covered. The first photo shows the peeling near the sink hich may have gotten wet a few times, but it would have to be soaked every day to cause this much peeling. The second photo is of a drawer on the island far from sinks/ stove splashes, as well as some of the other affected areas on the cabinets and drawers. The rest of the kitchen shows no moisture problems. This feels like poor material quality or adhesive failure, not customer fault. As a retired widow on a fixed income it is disappointing they wouldn't stand behind their work. If you're considering cabinet refacing, I suggest getting multiple quotes and clarifying warranty terms for delamination/peeling issues.1 star for the product failure and warranty experience.

What ever you do don't not pay them in full up front when you do that they we'll try to take there time and all ways have to much jobs lined up and when you take a job away from them they we'll try to deduct as much as they feel is right they don't not take responsibility for they're own employees they all ways pass the blame on some one else this only a few issues that happen it took 5 months to finish a job and still did not complete when you ask him why my would looks like they swear that they got the right wood ever though I told them that's not the right color before they installed it and this is would I have to look at every morning and I paid almost 10 thousand and this would you get for you money.

We also did a contract for a bath remodel. Paid 17K down. Was a good pitch. Led us to believe the project would start within a couple weeks of the supplies being purchased. That did not happen. It is now May 23 and we cannot even get them to return any attempts at communicating. Lawyers say we have to wait because no time frame in the contract. Seems there should be something reasonable. It's theft and lying to me. These guys will play you, do NOT trust them.
