A "main stream" body shop said they couldn't get parts anymore and couldn't make the repairs. I was afraid I might have to part out my car over a bumper cover. The main stream shop referred me to Dayz. Dayz did a beautiful and perfect repair re-using the existing bumper cover, somehow making and finding new attachment clips, and also found parts from various online sources to repair the damaged fog light and its socket, the pop up headlight washers, and even plastic welded the cracked washer reservoir. The car was returned fully detailed inside and out and looks showroom perfect. They are very creative, resourceful, friendly and the price was very reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased and am grateful that they were able to fix everything and help me keep my classic Audi up and running.

When I got the car back, it looked like it had never been in an accident, and drives like the day I got it. I also accidentally left several things in my car when I dropped it off, including some nice sunglasses, and nothing was taken or disturbed. We had a body guy from church do the door work. He did a great job but he is not a painter. We tried to take it to a Bodyshop on GW Hiway. But they closed up for a few days and stopped returning calls. I took it Jason at Color Solutions. He looked it over and gave us a very fair estimate for the paint. He scheduled us for after Thanksgiving. We brought it in, and they took over the job. Two days later we got cell pics showing the re-done paint. Picked it up the next day (That was earlier today) and we are very pleased with their work. It's a two-year-old metallic silver Ford. They did a really awesome job of matching the color as well as blending it to the factory paint. You have to look really hard at the panels to notice where they blended the paints. These folks are very talented, professional, excellent communication and on time. I would not hesitate to use them again! Great job by your team Jason! Thank you!

Overall, the repair quality was pretty poor. The customer service itself wasn't bad--everyone I…read morespoke with was kind and polite. However, after waiting five weeks past the original estimate, my car was returned with a crooked door, scratched tail lights, and a sloppy paint job that started chipping just a few weeks after they painted it. They did take the car back, but again kept it longer than they estimated. They fixed the door for the most part and repainted the areas that had chipped, but there are obvious tape lines and the finish has an orange-peel texture.
