Joe came right when he said…read morehe was going to, for the estimate, and he was very thorough in explaining the whole process. Nicki, in the office, was phenomenal. It's SO nice not to have to play phone tag with a business. She was very friendly, and quite responsive, every time I had a question. I also appreciated the way that she attached their licensing & insurance certificates at the bottom of the contract, without having to be asked. When the work crew came out a week later, they got right to it. They did everything they said they would, and their clean-up was amazing. Even though I have woods in the back, they didn't throw a single twig back there. They hauled everything out to the chipper in the front. My lawn & driveway were pristine when they left. I highly recommend.

When we were ready to move forward, the company was backlogged longer than we could stand, so we called another firm, B & M Tree Service. The manager came out before 9 am the next day, and explained that the limbs were no threat or in any danger. He joked that he would take our money if we insisted, but the job was totally unnecessary. This level of integrity is worthy of public note. Neighbors have worked with B & M and note their good work. Hopefully, we won't need them, but we know who to call.
