This past Sunday, I accidentally ordered the wrong size weight pockets and dropped them a line asking that they please call me, because of my mistake. I received a call the next day, Monday, letting me know that they had already found the weight pockets I needed, even though they weren't listed on their site, and they could have them sent out that same day. Here it is Thursday morning and my weight pockets have arrived, as well as stickers and lollipops. I look forward to purchasing more gear from Woodlands Dive Center in the future.

From being extremely knowledgeable, to extremely patient! Very kind, humble and a sense of openness, to even the most unlikely questions that we had, from just being curious and new at scuba.... Very flexible with our schedules, from meeting with us for the first time, to pool time. Once we had signed up with ASU, we started our PADi online course. Once all the chapters and tests were completed the "second" phase of pool "hands-on training" started. We met with Adam at an amazing indoor pool facility. Went over all safety checks, equipment, signals, etc... We did several days of pool exercises, learned everything from safety, our equipment (BCD, Mask, Computer, etc), how to clear our mask underwater, buoyancy, assisting your "buddy" in case of an emergency, equalizing (hardest to overcome for me), pressures, etc... Adam really is the best instructor we could have ever asked for! He worked really hard until we understood what he was teaching/showing us and over all until we accomplished what we needed to learn. Safety is top priority for him. We also, bought all of our equipment from Adam. FYI - don't call your MASK, goggles!!!

I have my daughter in many activities and this experience was best in class with Jeff & Chris @ Maximum Scuba. They made it fun, educational and still got across the seriousness and importance of the key aspects of scuba diving. They had students performing all kinds of skills over and above what is required solely to help them learn and build confidence to face whatever they may while diving. With me as an experienced diver, they let me stay with her the entire time in the pool and participate in whatever I wanted. They could not have been more accommodating to me if they tried and it meant a lot. Unfortunately in today's society finding really good experiences can be hit or miss based on the folks passion and commitment to providing a memorable experience. Probably the best priced swim lesson place around. My son has had four lessons already and he is…read morequickly learning new skills. I think his swim instructor, Zach, is wonderful with children. I pay $70 a month for four 30 minute group swim lessons. Only once was my son paired with another child for a swim lesson. The other three times we got a private 20 minute lesson for the price of a group lesson because there weren't any other children signed up in that time slot. There is also an annual family registration fee for $35 I believe. They sell goggles, caps, kick boards, towels and suits for a great price. I could find them cheaper anywhere else. All the other swim lesson places charge more than twice as much as Sea Sports and I can't imagine better service.

At most my children have had to share an instructor with one other student but often have the instructors all to themselves. Instruction seems very intimate and individualized. The instructors immediately Established rapport with my children. They waste no time getting straight to skills. You can tell the skills are sequenced and well thought out. My four-year-old with few skills was able to swim across the pool on her own today after only four lessons. All these initial lessons have been focused on recovery and keeping my girls safe in the water. I can't say enough good things about Sea Sports. All the other parents I've talked to there are equally happy about the instruction.
