He is an arborist so he will only take down trees that are diseased or a danger to your home. He is very ethical and doesn't pad the bill with unnecessary work. They worked in tight spaces, protected our lawn from their equipment, and left our property in excellent condition. He also does masonry work, landscaping, and snow-plowing. I believe the insurance he provided was for lawn care, and wasn't designed to cover tree removal; and when I asked about this he stopped returning my calls. In our last conversation he implied he would have the insurance confirm it was for tree removal after the weekend on the first business day, but as it turns out, now he's ghosting me. Made me waste a week thinking I found a company to do the work I required. I could have spent that time looking for a company that could do the work.
