HE does NOT answer CALLS he uses call center people to handle ALL his disgruntled customers.....wish i never took it down ....don't hire them . THROW out HIS MAILER FLYERS . They do good work until you sign a three-year contract. This is a shame that I have to write this, I NEVER SHOULD HAVE TAKEN IT DOWN...they were good in the beginning and then turned into a nightmare after we signed. 3 year contract !!!

The result was an open, neater landscape with a lot more sunshine and space for the long unused vegetable garden. He arrived when he said he would to review the work. As we walked around the property he listened to what I wanted, made very good suggestions for things I had not considered and gave me a feeling of confidence that he knew the subject matter. He and his team arrived precisely on time the day of the removal. They trimmed, cut and wood chipped all the trees in a very orderly fashion which made me feel the job was always under control. I don't know how they were able to climb as high as they did... it's clear this is a specialized craft. They were very careful about lowering the branches after cutting them. It was a long day but they finished the job, not leaving until the last branch was chipped and loaded into the truck. Matt also injected the remaining, mostly healthy ash tree -- we're hoping it can be saved. I was happy to see many dead emerald ash borers had fallen out of the tree for several days afterward.
