They did a gut renovation to our kitchen during the pandemic. Which was not an easy task. They transformed our dated galley kitchen into an absolutely beautiful, more functional kitchen. I showed them an idea I had for extra draw storage under the cabinets (kick-toe drawers) & they custom made them for us. There was a manufacturer issue with the cabinets & they contacted them immediately. Then came to our home with someone from the manufacturer to point out the issues & make sure they were resolved. And this was after we paid them in full. Fast forward to today & they came to our home to resolve an issue with one of the cabinet pulls within 24 hours of calling them to explain what happened. Which we truly appreciated because most other companies may not have done that. As I said, they are a rare find.

Our Brooklyn Heights townhome suffered severe water damage due to a roof incident requiring a…read morecomplete overhaul of our kitchen. Shai came to the rescue, guiding us from start to finish with the end result exceeding our high expectations. He takes so much pride in his work and expertly urged us to make decisions that have resulted in a timeless, beautiful kitchen that has added substantial value to our home. There are so many good things to say about Decori Kitchens, but let me try to name a few: 1) To start, Shai showed endless patience in reworking our kitchen design numerous times to incorporate feedback and ensure I was getting what I wanted. 2) As the project moved forward, he also went way above and beyond to make sure I had all the extra details covered, even though I didn't know I needed them ... beautiful cabinet insides, top-of-the-line pulls, custom coffee containers, LED counter lighting, quarter sewn wood panels, chrome outlet covers, and on and on. It is clear that Shai takes great pride in his work and wants clients to have the best (within budget). Honestly, no detail was too small for him to consider. 3) Shai was very organized, sending calendar invites for key dates, presenting his proposals beautifully, measuring and remeasuring and going the extra mile with updates such as videos to show me the cabinet making in process, etc. 4) Designing and installing a brand new kitchen from scratch requires so much coordination with numerous parties. I never felt alone in the process, since Shai was always responsive in checking on dates, keeping me updated, picking up my calls, advocating on my behalf when we encountered delays with appliances, fabrication, etc. I'll end this review by saying I was not the easiest client, which is probably an understatement. I was engaged in a massive renovation that I hadn't expected or wanted, and doubted many decisions. I am writing this review with the renovation in the rear view mirror and a much greater knowledge base that has helped me understand the quality and craftmanship and incredible eye for design that went into our kitchen. Through sheer perseverance and endless patience and talent, Shai now has a devoted client who wishes she could give him more than 5 stars!

She requested the removal of the review in exchange of a site visit which I declined as my contractor remedied most of the shortcomings and as a company you can't preclude customers to exercise their right to review. The tarnishing of ones reputation happens when not all aspects of the service are satisfying,- and there are other reviews of similar stance I noticed. Also noteworthy is the mention of these additional services, the delivery and installation of the Stosa kitchen were not gratis, they were paid for, the price was $10,000.00---
