Used this company for custom cabinets. They took 3 days longer than expected with out any apologies. The end product our cabinet handles are not aligned. And their service and team members are beyond disrespectful. After showing them and providing a spare bathroom in our apartment. They were using our private bathroom repeatedly ( I verified them opening the closed door by our security cameras) after asking them not to. I'm pregnant and the last thing is having people I do not know using our personal space. I trusted they respected our wishes until a bloodied towel was left behind on my bathroom sink. Disgusting. I would never use them again! The lack of respect was appalling and there was barely an apology. Unless you are watching these people 100 percent of the time I wouldn't trust them. And our cabinets are not that great for the price we paid. Like I said our knobs obviously uneven. And the cabinets look like a year or two they will look worn and old. This is response to the owner: First off we paid 36,467 US DOLLARS. Yes people read that again. For that price we expect an A + service team to follow instructions. Do not go into the private hallway, open the closed, private bathroom door after a clean spare one was provided. Literally had to check surveillance cameras bc a BLOODY towel was on my sink thrown there in disregard of personal property. And after checking the cameras it was multiple occasions, multiple workers using the bathroom. Not just one. That's a lie. As a pregnant woman I do not want strangers' feces, blood or urine in my private area. Also it was not a tiny spot of blood. I emailed you a picture and it was a soaked through paper towel. And we didn't pay 600 US dollars from the total to have the bathroom and closet properly cleaned because where did he put his bloody hands or wipe them clean? On my personal bath towel or face towel? Everywhere? That type of biohazard cleaning cost more than 600 US dollars. As far as you stating production was started in a timely matter. Sure. Not really. But sure. However, I was talking about installation of the actual closets. We initially planned 3 days (Wed, Thursday, Friday) for installation after multiple inquiries your team even stated we could sleep in the bedroom where the closets were being installed. However, the day before installation day your team said they needed only 2 (Thursday, Friday) days to complete the project. We asked and asked again bc we didn't believe this timeline was feasible. And low and behold on Friday your team said they needed to come back. So yes we expected the area to be clean over the weekend when we had visitors. Especially since you assured us the project would have been completed by then. The area should especially be left clean bc your team didn't resume work on that following Monday but that Tuesday. The project didn't get completed for an additional 2 more days!! So Daphna nice try to be deceptive, try again. Also, we are in a pandemic. I have a 2 year old who doesn't wear his mask the whole time while in his house and I'm pregnant. I have video evidence of ALL your workers either not wear their masks properly or not at all. Do we want to be exposed to that? No. My husband took the card on the first day. Would we use your team ever again? NO. Not EVER. For the price we paid do we expect the knobs to be aligned and for your team to check the job was done right? YES and that wasn't provided. Sorry I have the evidence and the receipts or else I wouldn't have written an honest review. read more
