Burnt ends, baked beans, and potato salad
James J.

Bet darned burnt ends I have ever had. You cannot replicate the taste that comes from a 17 hour low and slow smoke.......baked beans to die for, fresh cole slaw, and potato salad that is outta this world. What is there not to love?

Brisket, burnt ends, slaw, potato salad.

Top end BBQ in Centerton!! I'm a big fan of great smoked meats. I smoke my own on the Egg and have eaten at the best BBQ houses in Texas and Kansas City and therefore the world. While visiting two of the five granddaughters in the thriving metropolis of Centerton, we decided to eat dinner together. The positive reviews of Woo Pig Mooie made me overcome my skepticism about finding good food in a strip mall. I am SO GLAD we tried it! Woo Pig Mooie compares very favorably with this country's best BBQ, vis a vie Franklin's or Oklahoma Joes. I had brisket and burnt ends with tangy slaw and killer potato salad. Then I ordered more burnt ends and ate every single one! Everything was melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly juicy, and full of world-class smoked flavor. The folks were friendly, the service attentive, and the prices fair. If you like BBQ, this place checks all the boxes for great food and great service. You will love it!

The BEST burned ends, potato casserole and coleslaw!! The owners are so welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend this place!! Let them know that their visitors from South Florida recommend them ;)

Mac n cheese and beans

Visited this little restaurant for dinner last night. 2 meat 2 side combo. A bit pricey for the size of portion received. Brisket: had a good Smokey flavor but was dry. Pulled pork: very good, still moist, a lot of skin which I love. Mac n cheese: good flavor but soggy noodles Baked potato salad: oh so so good. The homemade sauce was great. Dry rub on ribs is Smokey and a bit spicy- fantastic. The staff was the real highlight everyone was super nice and accommodating. I'll give it another try.

Ribs and sausage

Stopped by friday around 5:30 pm. Super friendly staff and the explained menu to me. The smoked sausage is off the chart. The baby back ribs have a dry rub and the meat falls off the bone. Pulled pork is tender and has great taste. The bbq beans are good and has lots of meat. I really like garlic and beans definitely had a good bit of garlic in them. Compared to other places food and service is top notch

It feels both modern and grounded in nature, which makes the whole meal feel even more special. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being intrusive, which made the service feel effortless and comfortable throughout the evening. For drinks, I tried the smoky Sandha (a mezcal-based cocktail with strawberry and lemon), and it was perfectly balanced, smoky but not overpowering, and refreshingly not too sweet, which I really appreciated. For the main course, I ordered the blackened salmon, and it was outstanding. The seasoning and flavors were rich, well-balanced, and cooked to perfection. It was easily the highlight of the meal. For dessert, I went with the cherry sorbet based on my waiter's recommendation. While it was beautifully presented and flavorful, it leaned a bit sweeter than my personal preference. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant. The combination of excellent service, friendly staff, a gorgeous setting, and truly well-executed dishes makes it a place I will definitely return to.

I loved the interior and how it was decorated. The grilled cheese was the best I've ever had at a restaurant. Definitely wouldn't be enough if there were more than 2 people at the table though. The pork porterhouse was good, the butter on top really gave the meat its flavor. The pasta was amazing. Great portion sizes for both. Overall: amazing classy dinner spot in NWA, would definitely come back!

We got engaged at Fred's 10 years ago and hoped to spend Valentines reminiscing.... Nope. Not even the same type of food. We ordered the calamari and it tasted like it had a gallon of salt. Then the $50 filet I got was tough. The prime rib my husband got was also tough. We opted for the salad bar... it had about 6 items on it and the dressing was served in individual cups out of a mini fridge. Apparently someone forgot to stick it up because there was two options only and everything else was empty. Let's talk about the ambience, so disappointing. A big, open, stark, cold room similar to a cafeteria. The only thing not a total bummer was the service. Needless to say, we won't be back.

When I asked a simple question about what made the fries accompanying the ribeye "spicy," our server responded with a series of questions rather than a straightforward answer, including asking if I had issues with nightshades and what level of heat I tolerate on the Scoville scale. The interaction felt unnecessarily complicated and somewhat condescending. After checking with the kitchen, she said the fries could be made without the spice, so I ordered the dish. However, she then informed me that the ribeye itself had a chili rub, requiring another trip to the kitchen. While they ultimately said it could be prepared without the rub, I was told it would significantly delay the order. When the steak finally arrived, I was disappointed with the amount of fat on it, much more than the typical marbled ribeye. Overall, while the ambiance was enjoyable, the service created friction in what should have been a simple ordering process. A more direct and customer-friendly approach would have made a big difference. The F&B manager reached out to me through my Open Table information which I respected however, we don't plan on returning.

They said they've been partnering with a local supplier for years. And it really shows in the quality. It's in a museum. So finding it was a little difficult at first, not knowing what to look for.
