In my worst case, I have a somewhat demanding daughter that they were able to manage with no problem and in all other cases when I visit I am always satisfied with the quality of service. He's always able to explain on a level I can understand. I'm also impressed and appreciate their billing system in that they are very in tune with what the insurance company will compensate them for versus what the client will have to pay. I find that very handy in that there are no surprises. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience there. There are several other such practices in the area and, frankly, I don't feel the need to look around.

They have different cleaning charges depending on what they "find during the exam," and they require you to sign a contract agreeing to the cleaning price before they start. I had some swollen gums, which they said required a deeper clean, and I was told the cleaning would take about 45 minutes. The actual cleaning lasted less than 20 minutes, and it was no different from cleanings I've received at other in-network dentists. The same findings (swallen gums) were noted by other providers, yet none of them charged extra. Between the unexpected charges and the unprofessional attitude when I called for clarification, the whole experience was incredibly disappointing.

So, I paid her for two fillings, resulting in pain and root canals, when they should have just been root canals to begin with!
