The front office staff were also unfamiliar to me. In short, I only recognized the physical office. No call or text to inform me of these changes, I felt like I had just walked into a random office off the street. I was left shaken with this last minute change of players, and I came close to cancelling. I need time to mentally prepare and research my providers prior to entrusting them with my care. Fortunately, the Hygienist, Nick, was very gentle, and he took my jangled nerves and panic in stride. The short time I met Dr. Connell, he also gave off a calming air with nervous patients. So, my experience with them was very nice, and I decided to trust them replace one of my eroded fillings. So, fingers crossed!

When the dentist came to finish the appointment he was nice and took his time. I like that it didn't feel rushed. In fact they worked really hard with me when I was becoming a patient but soon after that is when I could not get them to call me back nor give me answers to questions about my treatments. One person in particular name Nick chooses not to call patients back help them with scheduling and I noticed that he prefers to wear his mask below his nose while there is a room full of patients.

I got charged getting out of my appointment about 70$ they say that it was something that my insurance don't cover. Well, a month later I got another bill for additional $45. Talking with my wife about it, she realized that a year ago we had to pay them over $1800 to repair a chipped tooth, we probably got screwed back then as well...Not going back to that place.

Nobody ever plans on going to Urgent Care. Much less on a Saturday night. I then trodded off after telling my team that I'm off to see the plastic surgeon and should be better looking tomorrow. The facility was very easy to find and park, walked in with my trusty mask. I was thinking how frightful in doing this if you needed to go to the actual Hospital... filled out forms waited for 10 minutes got called in and did another triage, then waited for another RN to see if my injury was fixable with stiches. We had to drive to this location twice for my husband's follow-up appointment after cataract…read moresurgery. It was far from home but still very easily accessible, right off I 575 in Canton, GA. The receptionist was very friendly, and so were the nurses. This was the third time we met with the OD, Paven Korotana. She was nice and professional. She answered every question we had and was patient and thorough. The entire office was clean and tastefully decorated and followed the same color code as the two other Woolfson locations. Overall, it was a pleasant visit. My only complaint about Woolfson is that we have had to, in addition to the surgery, we had to drive to three different locations to catch a doctor.
