They fitted me for a retainer. I had a great experience at the 4 appointments I've had with them. At my first, I made a six month teeth clean. About a month ago, my number had been changed and I had forgotten to call them and change it. When I arrived for my six month teeth cleaning, they told me I no longer had my appointment as they tried to get into contact with me several times. I told them I had changed my number and they basically said "you can wait to see if the person that had your appointment shows up." They had not contacted me via email. I had blocked out time at work for this and left VERY disappointed. I will not be returning. I work in healthcare and would never do that to one of our patients that don't confirm. It's a wild concept to me. I left livid. I had been excited about the teeth cleaning. Then they had the audacity to text me saying I missed or cancelled my appointment and I should reschedule. I had the radiograph set sent to their office and only when I was in the chair they started saying the radiographs were "grainy" and of sub par quality and that a full new set needs to be taken (costing hundreds of dollars more). I was only there for a routine teeth cleaning visit, no root canal, crown or even injection into the nerve roots was required. The female dentist refused to proceed with exam or cleaning unless I had a full new set of radiographs taken, subjecting me to completely unnecessary ionizing radiation when they had a full set including panoramic view taken less than a year ago. I feel this is a financially predatory practice policy that subjects the patient to unnecessary radiation. You should be able to trust your dentist, however, I would not trust them with any of their care recommendations after seeing how money focused they are with a routine teeth cleaning visit.

When we relocated to Cartersville in 2017, we started at a local dentist here, but after two years of emotional and physical torture, I decided to make the 40 minute drive back to Dameron, and boy, am I glad I did.
