Overall, the process lacked clarity in advance and seemed heavily centered on upfront payment requirements rather than patient convenience or clear expectations.

Anyway, unfortunately for me once the anesthesia wore off, I began to feel discomfort, then around 3pm, SHEER PAIN!! I called her back, went in ASAP (crying like a baby), and she declared that I would need an immediate root canal. It happens. No biggie. Just needed the pain to go away. I'd rather give birth to triplets! Anyway, she said I'm sending you to Dr. Howard at Pinnacle Endodontics in Alpharetta. She texted him, I called at the same time, and they were so very kind to get me in within 10 minutes. At this point it's 4:00 and they close at 5pm. Long story short, Dr. Howard was a complete angel! His bedside manner was the best I've ever seen. He was actually hilarious and, in my pain, made me laugh. He treated me like family. I'll never forget his generosity and professionalism. But, let me give some cred to his assistant Alyssa! You're awesome girl! I felt relief instantly. I was out the door by 5pm. Everyone happy and ready for a cocktail. THANK YOU, PINNACLE!! I will totally recommend Dr. Howard and Alyssa to all my fam and friends. 10 STARS FOR SURE!!!

I believe the first practice I visited was DISHONEST and then resorted to scare tactics to get me to receive treatment at their practice. I gave Endodontics Associates of Kennesaw a try on HOPE and a PRAYER ... quite literally! EVERYONE was kind, patient and courteous - from the time I scheduled my visit until check out. Dr. Bolden was ATTENTIVE - addressing every question and concern I had. I felt heard and well cared for. THANK YOU for providing EXCELLENT care! Really appreciated the friendly gals who helped get me taken care of and, yep, I hope I don't have to go back. Dr. Waters was great too.

How did I end up at Endodontics of Atlanta?…read more I had some dull pain on my left side of my teeth, not sure which tooth :( I texted my dentist and he asked me to just come in for him to take a look. My dentist Dr Bob Feil who has been looking after my teeth for the past 10 years and super nice of him to stay behind on a Friday night to check on my pain. There was no cavity or crack. He took an x-Ray and said he would refer me to an endodontist to have a better look and if perhaps the nerves on my #15 tooth were dying. Ugh!! I just really did not want to hear the two words : Root Canal. I called up Endodontist of Atlanta and got an appt on Feb 4. Staff was very helpful when I was making the appt. Miraculously, the pain sort of subsided as the day went by before my appt. That morning I was dropped off at the midtown 1375 Peachtree building. The front door was locked. I was like great, i hate talking via any intercom when wearing a mask. I pushed the button and a gentleman (possibly security) said 1375 something and unlocked the door. I tried to open the door, still locked. Then a guy walked past and told me try the middle door. I like oh, thank you. Me the dummy!! Upon stepping in, there was a gentleman asking if I had an appt at the Endodontics of Atlanta. I nodded, I wondered how he knew. Hmmm.. nevertheless he was very nice and said the female security would show me to the elevator. She decided to take the elevator with me to show me the direction. Super nice people! I finally found the office A-19. The cheery staff at the front desk greeted me when I opened the door. I filled up some forms but have completed majority of them prior to my appointment. Oh, he also took my temperature. The sitting/waiting area was really nice. Very classy, very relaxing. I was hoping to relax a bit but it got cut short when a female staff (Angie?) called my name. She too was very friendly even though she served me a cup of hydrogen peroxide. It was so nasty! I just had my first taste of hydrogen peroxide when I went to my dentist the day before. Ewwww!! I did just whined a little and said I had to have this two days in a row? :( Another staff took over and did a number of scans on my teeth. I was then seated in the room where I placed my coat and purse. The same staff took a few more X-rays. Shortly, Dr Jeffrey Waters came. He was very cheery, friendly and he has a very calming voice. He tried to explain and asked me a series of questions. I told him the pain kind of came and gone, though sometimes they would come visit. On a scale of 1 to 10, the dull pain would probably be a 1 or 2. He did a number of tests and in the end he concluded it was not necessary to do a root canal at this point but to monitor it. He said my current condition did not check all the boxes deemed necessary to do a root canal. I am glad though I would not have any doubt I would be in good hands when Dr. Waters would be handling the procedure. So here's a solid 5 stars from me to all the staffs and Dr. Jeffrey Waters for the superb service I received when I was there. Thank you :)
