Entire staff is the epitome of excellence. They are caring, highly skilled, and client centric, always anticipating your needs, careful to ensure your unique needs are met. Dr. Paul is simply wonderful. I am very dental phobic, yet, I trust him implicitly. He is as gentle as one can be and has never, ever, caused me pain. Keenly skilled, he has the patience of Job, and is truly gifted in his engagement with his clients-he takes the time to know you, to know your family, your general health and well-being. This is a provider who genuinely cares, and it is felt in all your interactions with him. Each time I come in, they follow up on my interests, previous stories, etc. Staff here is so good at making you feel welcome, that my white coat syndrome for the chair is slowly disappearing! They're also excellent at talking you through the process. I like doctors who enjoy chatting about their tools and the science of what they're up to. Not to mention, their tech is on the cutting edge of dental science. Lasers and stuff. It's crazy. Overall, fantastic experience, great prices. The hours in the chair just fly by.

Significant Investment with Premature Failures and No Resolution…read more I paid for full cosmetic restorations at this practice with the understanding that high-quality crowns carry an expected lifespan of 10 to 15 years. Unfortunately, the durability of the work and the follow-up care have not met that standard: The first crown fractured under normal, everyday use and broke off my tooth Next an adjacent crown detached completely while routine-flossing. When I called the practice to address two failures the doctor took no accountability for potential issues with bonding, fit, or prep retention. Instead of offering a repair under warranty or a reasonable adjustment, I was told I would have to pay full price out-of-pocket once again to remake the restorations. For a major, five-figure restorative investment, patients deserve durable work and a clinic willing to stand behind it. If you are considering extensive cosmetic work here, be sure to request their written remake and warranty policies beforehand.

Dr. Perlow is very hands on and has a wonderful bedside manner. She listens and asks questions in order to extend THE best care while educating the patient along the way in manner that makes sense. I trust her because she appears knowledgable and sincere. She made me feel as if she cared about me and not how much she could fleece my insurance or my wallet. My hygenist is Susan who is a total gem. She did my cleaning on Monday and I returned on Friday to let her do my teeth whitening because that is just how great she is. Bad combination... ;) In all seriousness, This is a great location, and I do truly HATE going to the dentist! In fact, i hate it so much that I haven't been in over ten years. I don't want to admit that, but it is worth saying.... So at any rate, i needed more than just a general cleaning. i needed the deep cleaning to remove the build up. At least I didn't have cavities or anything else!!! Here is the main point of the review: They were gentle. All of them. and I can't say how much I appreciated the soft approach. This was at the reception counter, the x-rays, the initial exam, and (gulp) the deep cleaning. The cleaning was done in sections, and I had to have my mouth numbed. I barely even felt the shots. Great job! My fear though, isn't shots, it is the grinding noises in my mouth! But man did the shots help and Connie is SOO nice and kept me distracted. Which is really good because the deep cleaning was multiple sessions. UGH!!!! I won't tell you I enjoyed it. I didn't. But I'd do it again and really wish I hadn't waited do long!!!! Now, I'm going to go every six months like a good little boy!

Came here over 2 months ago for a Root canal and a swollen mass on my jaw. They gave me a deep cleaning and let me know I needed a root canal to fix the swollen mass and I would be able to keep the tooth. They do the work and load me up on antibiotics. And the lump kinda goes away. Finish out the medication and the lump was still there. I call them back and book an emergency appointment because at this point I'm scared it's something worse... I go into the appointment and the nurse I've been seeing the entire time asked me "why are you here so early your crown isn't in yet"... no you should know I'm here for an emergency appointment and already know why I'm sitting in your chair. They said it was ok and I shouldn't be worried and loaded me up on MORE meds.... I went to a oral surgeon to get a second appointment and they immediately schedule me the next day for an emergency appointment because the mass is infectious and there is no saving the tooth and my bone has started to decay and the medicine is useless at this point. The oral surgeon also stated the tooth has been so far gone they should've never even did a root canal. Now I cannot get ahold of them to cancel my upcoming appointment. I've left voicemail after voicemail and no response. I am not paying $50 for a missed appointment I've been trying to cancel for a week.

Unacceptable Experience and Concerns Regarding Hygiene and Billing…read more I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent dental cleaning appointment. My experience was highly concerning due to misrepresentation regarding insurance coverage, questionable billing practices, and, most alarmingly, a severe lack of sterile protocol from the dental assistant. From the outset, I was informed that my routine cleaning would be free as the office was in-network with my insurance carrier. However, when I inquired about potential charges, the staff was evasive and unclear, which immediately raised a red flag. The most concerning aspect of my visit was the dental assistant. She appeared to be new and demonstrated a profound lack of awareness and training. She repeatedly failed to hear or respond to the dentist's instructions, requiring him to repeat himself multiple times. Her hygiene practices were particularly alarming: * She frequently put her gloved fingers in my mouth, then immediately touched the computer screen, and then returned her same gloves to my mouth. * She handled the X-ray gun with these same contaminated gloves, touched the screen again, and then put her fingers back in my mouth. * At one point, she put a pen in her mouth and then proceeded to put her fingers back in my mouth. This blatant disregard for sterile technique significantly increased my anxiety during the appointment. Following this, the dentist informed me that I had tartar and inflammation only on the right side of my mouth and recommended a deep cleaning costing $720. Given the previous issues and my knowledge of my own dental health, this assessment felt disingenuous. I immediately expressed my desire for a second opinion, as I was confident there was no such issue, especially confined to only one side. My insurance plan covers two cleanings per year at no cost. After leaving your office, I promptly scheduled an appointment with another in-network dentist, where I received a proper and thorough cleaning without any issues. However, shortly after my visit to your office, I developed a sore throat, which I strongly suspect was a direct result of the dental assistant's unsanitary practices and cross-contamination. I urge you to address these serious issues immediately, particularly the unhygienic practices of your staff. No patient should be subjected to such a risk of infection. I also recommend a review of your billing transparency and the accuracy of your dental assessments. To the smooth dentist aka Bollywood: don't have your staff lie and say you're in network when you're not. That's fraud. Scamming money from your patients will bring you nothing but bad karma ok Bollywood. So don't do it. Be honest you'll be a better person.
