I've been coming here for two years now after a long time procrastinating on preventative dental care. Got a recommendation from friends, and I can honestly say it's a pleasurable experience, despite my fairly significant anxiety about dentists' offices. I went yesterday expecting to have my regular hygienist, Kathy, only to find she no longer works on Mondays. When I tell you I was completely freaking out inside at the thought of seeing someone new...well, I was freaking out. I was also irritated they didn't let me know about the change so I could have rescheduled with Kathy on a different day. Larhonda was my hygienist yesterday, and I just can't say enough about her. She was gentle, kind, and she empathized with me that Kathy wasn't there. She got me all the comforts I usually need to get through a cleaning - a soft blanket, nitrous, and a neck pillow (I'm a baby about these things, what can I say). She was very reassuring and customer service skills were just off the charts. So in hindsight, this situation actually worked out well. Now I have two kind hygienists at this practice, instead of just one. Larhonda is an excellent addition, and I'll look forward to seeing her again. She's lovely. All the more reason I will remain loyal to this practice and continue to recommend them to people like me, who have severe anxiety over dental visits. Stay away from these guys. Another reviewer had a similar experience. They do not taske any insurance plans or discount plans except Aetna PPO. They are pretty expensive and very ride to pursue a path forward. They provided the quote to my student son after the service, despite requesting upfront, and it was a rip off. Dr Sharif is great. The people are nice and as far as I can tell they are good at what they do.

I love this office! It's a clean, warm and welcoming environment. TVs in the rooms and on the ceiling while you get cleaned. They also offer free laughing gas. I've been going here for a few years and all the hygienists, Marcy, Lisa and Amber are great and very gentle. I always enjoy a complimentary cup of Starbucks coffee on the way out. I highly recommend the best dental experience ever! read more

Waldron & Lee was OUTSTANDING in every respect ... the gracious staff at the front desk and billing desk, the x-ray technician, the hygienist and the dentist. The office is spacious, comfortable and clean. As a 74 year old patient I would consider this the best dentistry experience of my entire lifetime. read more

Dr. Shariff is amazing! The office is immaculately clean, they take their appoints on time and do not keep you there for hours. Dr. Shariff did an implant and it was perfect. I have had other implants and believe me he did the best job. When he put the crown on it fit perfect and did not require any adjustment which is unheard of. The two prior implants were done by very well known dentists but Dr. Shariff far surpassed them. He and his staff are friendly and personable. It is a 45 minute drive for me, but worth it. Stay away from this dentist unless you want a huge bill in the mail. I took my kids here and few weeks later was sent a bill for $750. There was no communication on these fees or what we would be charged when we came in just the surprise in the mail. read more

11/23 Update: The staff reached out and very politely took care of the billing issue. Unfortunately, we can't afford $164 each visit, so we won't be able to return. The office is beautiful and the staff was friendly. I give it a low rating because they told me they took my insurance when I booked the appointment, then charged me $164 for an exam and cleaning. I was told they are not in my network and that was what a visit would cost me each time. I would have respected this practice had they told me up front that I would be paying over $150 for services I could have gotten elsewhere for a $35 copay. read more

Wonderful office and wonderful dentists and hygienists. The only problem is that it is really, really difficult to get an appointment for a cleaning. They book months out. If you get on the waiting list, it takes about 10 calls from you to try and get in as well as some begging. read more

I had been in search of a new dentist closer to my home. I have driven past Waldron & Lee Dentistry many times and finally decided to visit their website to find out more information. The website was user friendly, easy to navigate and I was able to find all the information I needed in order to book a visit. I called the office, the receptionist was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and quickly set up and appointment for me. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Jessica. She was very professional, efficient, friendly and exhibited world class customer service skills. She notified Hollie that I had arrived via in ear communication devices which I had never seen before in a dentists office. Hollie arrived and gave me a tour of the office, also something no other provider has done. I was introduced to a number of very friendly and happy people during the tour. After the tour she took me for panoramic x-rays which were simple and quick. I was shown to my exam room and introduced to my hygienist, Lucia who was highly experienced, thorough and very patient. She listened to all my concerns, provided valuable feedback and information along with a thorough pain free dental cleaning. From there I was introduced to Dr. Omar Shariff who was personable and professional. He actively listened to my concerns, asked insightful questions and we discussed a treatment plan together. He did not dismiss my fears, he offered solutions and alternatives and did not try to high pressure me into anything which I greatly appreciate. I also met Dr. Christopher Lee. Extremely nice gentleman, another great listener who helped put any fears I had at ease. My final visit was with Jessica and we discussed future needs and timelines. She was professional, experienced and knows her job. She set me up for some future visits and provided me with a great deal of information along with her business card in case I had questions later. She gave me my "welcome to the practice gift" which surprised me and sent me on my way. I opened the gift bag when I got home only to find a high quality travel coffee mug. Certainly the gift was not necessary but it was thoughtful and made me feel welcomed and that my business was appreciated. I have found my new dental practice. read more

Wow just wow. This practice was soooo impressive! First of all the building when you walk in knocked me off my feet. The decor, colors were fresh and calming. The waiting room was large had an unbelievable coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar. Such a nice touch. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. When i was brought back, i was given a tour of the facility which was large and the flow of the office was well laid out and super clean and organized. All the staff i passed in the hallways welcomed me to the office. I was placed in my room, given a welcome gift, and offered a blanket as it was chilly in there. So thoughtful! Dr. Blair came in and introduced himself and we chatted for a bit so i had an opportunity to get to know him. When he assessed my problem, he was very thorough with diagnosing, then explained his plan. The whole way through he very detailed explained what was happening as he was treating me. I felt very comfortable as I'm usually anxious at the dentist. So i was thrilled that the process was so over and the problem was fixed so precisely with so complications. After i left i received an email Dr. Blair with the notes from my visit and the next morning he called to check on me. I am so very impressed with my experience that i felt compelled to write a great review of this dental office. read more
