It was what I wanted, but do you know how many phone calls I received to ask if I had truly left the program, or why I had left? 0 That's zero. They took a receptionist's word that a 6 month member had quit their program. They didnt call to ask why I quit or what was wrong or what they could do to improve the program. But then, my quitting s what they wanted. I was a VA referral and they expressed to me several times that they did not like dealing with VA.
