The office is spotless with very polite staff. I came here…read moredue to my knee issues to see Dr. Wert. As it was my first time in the office, I filled in the initial information. I waited in the waiting area for a couple of minutes before the physician assistant took me to the examination room. He took my initial history, and then I had my X-ray in the next room. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Once everything was done, Dr. Wert came in, asked a couple of questions, and left, giving me time to change into disposable shirts that they provide. They as the exam engines from the first look, the doctor knew what I had. He explained everything in details and develop a treatment plan. He also gave me an intra-articular cortisone shot to reduce inflammation. He had a very light touch, and I didn't feel pain, just a little discomfort as the drug was feeling in the joint. Recommend this doctor!

I'm not sure how this clinic has 4.8-star reviews - probably fake or bought reviews. They care more…read moreabout money than their patients. I've been dealing with ankle pain for the past 5 months, going back and forth to this office with no real help. When the doctor finally said I needed an injection, he gave me two options - pay $300 out of pocket or wait up to 4 weeks for insurance approval. I chose to wait for my insurance. The doctor said he'd submit the request that same day. A week later, I called my insurance to check the status -- but there was no request on file. I called the office, and no one knew anything about the injection or the insurance request. After multiple calls, they finally said they would submit it -- but they didn't. Three weeks later, the request was finally sent, but they submitted it incorrectly, causing even more delays. When I called again, they had no idea what I was talking about -- nothing was in my file. I've been calling nonstop, but all I get is the same girl, Nina, saying she'll ask the doctor and call me back -- but no one ever does. It's clear they're dragging their feet, hoping I'll give up and pay out of pocket because insurance won't pay them as much. I've been suffering for 5 months, and the past 3 weeks have been unbearable. Do yourself a favor -- **go somewhere else**. No one deserves this kind of treatment, physically or mentally

A couple people were VERY adamant that he is the best in the biz and I needed to go to him immediately. They were right. Dr. Monsanto is extremely smart, kind, and has a great demeanor. He identified that I needed surgery and got me scheduled as soon as possible. The surgery went well, and I am now 1+ month into my healing process. I've been seeing him every week and I always come in with a list of questions and he is always so helpful in answering them all. His assistant Elsie is great, too. My favorite kind of New Yorker - direct, effective, and great at communication. She is the most responsive person I've ever worked with at any doctor's office. We actually text, she leaves on read receipts, and gets back to me as soon as possible. Another note - I was between jobs and between health insurance plans when I got into my accident (Murphy's Law), but Dr. Monsanto was willing to work with me on a payment plan for my higher-than-usual deductible. This meant the world to me, because it meant that I was able to get the care I needed when I needed it and now I have a great chance at making a full recovery. I have also had a few pleasant conversations in the waiting room and his other patients rave about him as well. Dr. Monsanto is as good as it gets!!! If you broke something (or need an Orthopedist for any reason) come here immediately.

I also saw her work with two others during my hour (typically 2-3 clients per therapist at my locale) and noted that her attentive listening skills, careful monitoring of correct positioning (even from across the room) and thoughtful selection of moves based on supplied info was the same high quality for each client. She's also got a warm, humorous but also professional demeanor that put me at ease and made me feel secure about my care and even made it pleasant experience. I do not passionately crave all types of exercise, so that was a good motivator. Review for Crown heights center for Nursing and Rehabilitation…read more I want to express my gratitude for Crown Heights Center by the way of Mrs. Heather Mavangira, Sirlina Rodolphus, the Social worker staff and all the helping hands that took such good care of my father during his time there. They were compassionate, patient, and always treated him (us) with dignity and respect. It gave my family peace of mind knowing he was in a safe, caring environment. I'm truly grateful for the kindness, professionalism and support they showed us every step of the way. Their experience was a true star by helping with an unseen problem that I didn't see happening, a problem no family should have to deal with. THANK YOU The Curry family

Unfortunately since my last review, my experience with Crown Heights has shifted. Both of my…read moreparents are in this facility, as I mentioned in the last review. My mother has glaucoma and it was in her chart. However, the nursing home never asked me what her prescription was for her eye drops, nor did they have my mother examined. My mother went without eye drops for several months. She is now blind. My father also has glaucoma and it was in his chart "history of glaucoma". He was given an optometrist appointment in April, where he was "uncooperative" (he has dementia, this is normal). I was not told of this appointment and that he did not cooperate with the exam. If I had been told, I would have had our family friend accompany my father to his next appointment where he would have then been cooperative because he would have felt safe with someone that he's known for years. But I was not told. It was only when I was on a video call in August that I noticed that my father had trouble seeing me. Then I could finally advocate for him. Of course, my father's eyes are truly failing now. And he may become blind too! This has been a horrible experience for me and our family.
