    Coffee ice cream waffle

What a delight! Our family enjoyed waffles for breakfast here. We got a variety of the mini waffles, an ice cream coffee waffle (yes, for breakfast - it's vacation) & a traditional liege waffle. All were delicious. Service welcoming. Very neat & clean space. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend for an easy & delicious breakfast.

The staff was so fantastic and food was amazing! Cute vibe inside and a variety of food to choose from.

This is a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet neighborhood ! The chicken and waffles was amazing - the chicken was not dripping with oil, and still provided a enjoyable crunch and mouthwatering softness in the meat itself. The Wonderffle Brunch was also very delicious, I wish they gave an option on how you would like your eggs - They lost a star for me because of two things - The coffee : had a caramel macchiato, it just tasted like caramelized sugar milk - it did not have any coffee taste and it definitely did not wake you up! Secondly , was not given an option on switching out the traditional waffles for the meals to say a special desert waffle , even if you paid extra , the guy said we can order it on the side but it can not be subbed... We'll visit again to try the dessert waffles - to satisfy my matcha cravings

Love this place! The prices are decent but you can do damage financially lol. We ordered so much food breakfast was $80 for two people. It was soooo good though. Crab Benny - it's canned crab and that was fine but I was initially worried about it smelling or tasting fishy. It was actually amazing and tasted perfect! I loved the hash browns and the little smiley face one they add in there. The smoked salmon Benny was super good too and salad was nice and the half orange on each dish was a nice touch. The fact it was on a waffle and not an English muffin was not strange at all and in fact rather brilliant The boyfriend has a sweet tooth and he loved the banana Nutella waffles. I was full otherwise I would have tried one of the other flavours with hazelnut. The bacon was super crispy and the little sausages were adorable. Cappuccinos were absolutely perfect too

Amazing service and gigantic portions for the price! The Wonderffle Brunch is $16 and you get hash browns, eggs, sausages, bacon, liege waffles, and fruit! Was so full afterwards!! The waffles are also perfectly made--there are bits of caramelized sugar on them that were delicious to come across. We brought our foster puppy and they were super nice in helping us set up an outdoor patio table and also offered him some water. Such wonderful folks running this excellent neighbourhood restaurant.

Cute hidden café specializing in Belgian liege-style waffles in Burnaby (near Brentwood mall). All their waffles are made to order, and I was super impressed with the amount & quality of their toppings. It's loaded with generous heaps of fresh fruit, and even double scoops of ice cream (at no additional charge!). The texture of the waffle itself was soft and doughy, and super filling - I'd definitely recommend sharing the regular sized specialty waffles. They also sell mini liege waffles, which I'll have to go back and try. Amazing and friendly owners as well. My personal faves were the coffee time and cookieholic since I like ice cream on my waffles. What I tried: -BanaBana: sliced bananas, Nutella drizzle with whipped cream. -Tropicana: pineapple, mango, white chocolate drizzle -Coffee Time: 2 scoops of coffee ice cream dark chocolate drizzle and dusted with espresso powder. -Cookieholic: 2 scoops of cookies n cream ice cream and Oreos. -Fruit Blast: banana and golden kiwi with a light drizzle of honey. -Berry Nice: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries lightly drizzled with honey

    - The chicken and waffle was the best and somethint you should get - The pizza waffle and the coffee were just mediocre, so i should have gotten the wonderffle brunch. - Something to add is that the exhaust of the place wasnt okay so you might see a lot of gases inside the restaurant.

A wonderffle experience! The cafe is tucked in at street level below an apartment building with a few tables for dine in and a table outside The staff are so friendly and wonderffle! They offer smaller waffles that are great for takeout and to try all the different toppings or the larger dessert sized waffles that's great for sharing in the cafe. There's some lovely art work on display in the cafe as well They are richer, and more chewy than North American style waffles and I love the extra pearl sugar bits inside the waffle I have tried: Tropicana (with fresh pineapple and mango, and white chocolate drizzle) - DC Waffle (custard and dark chocolate) - Matcha - Hazelnut - Custard with macadamia nut My favorites were the DC waffle, Custard and Macadamia nut, and the Hazelnut. The DC waffle is topped with dark chocolate and custard which reminds me of the Boston Cream If you are a fan of nuts, then the Custard and Hazelnut waffles are for you!

Craving waffles! The COVID-19 pandemic has forever changed online shopping behaviours, and it has convinced more people to embrace ordering food online. WONDERFFLE is really a hidden gem in Coquitlam. There is no actual cafe or bakery shop where you can go inside and select your waffle. Everything is ordered online. You can choose for a curbside pickup at the regular location at Windsor Grill & Bar parking lot or you can choose for delivery. There are occasionally dropzones elsewhere. They serve colorful topped liege waffles which are perfect for brunch or birthday parties. The flavor was perfect, and they were not too sweet. The best fluffy, delicious, and crispy waffles ever! Our preferences are their S'mores and Oreo. The S'mores waffle is drizzled with chocolate, and it is topped with crushed Graham crackers and toasted marshmallows. The Oreo waffle is drizzled with Nutella, and it is topped with crushed Oreos. Shhh! I am not addicted to chocolate. Food: 5/5 Must Try! Service: pickup and delivery ONLY! Kids: 5/5 Woohoo! (Everyone loves waffles and so cute for kids.) Price: $20-$30 for half dozen Presentation: 4/5 Parking: parking is available in the large strip mall lot for pickup. Tips: *takes 30-minute to prepare the order. *can place order by phone, through Instagram, or their website. *sends DM on Instagram or text message when arriving for pickup the order. Would I Return: Yes ‍

Excellent waffles in a quiet neighborhood! They have a nice patio area if you want to sit outside and they will bring the food to your table.

OMG! Finally some great desserts in Burnaby! My boyfriend was showing me photos on IG of this place for a while and we knew we needed to check it out. The store is really cute inside and they sell local art on the walls! The staff is so friendly and attentive as well. My boyfriend and I decided to order 2 small waffles as we wanted to just snack on them in the car and a drink. The waffles were surprisingly very affordable, $3.50 each! We decided to getthe caramel walnut flavour and the custard macadamia flavour. For a drink, we got the peach iced tea. Let me just begin and say this is the BEST ICED TEA I've ever had! Wow, the peach flavour is amazing and doesn't taste artificial or have that weird perfume taste, my boyfriend said it tasted like if fuzzy peaches was a drink and I agree. On to the waffles, I was expecting them to be crunchy type of waffles but no this is even better, the texture of the waffles is flakey like a croissant but it is so chewy like mochi. The toppings also tasted amazing, I'm going to return soon to buy the assorted box!

A hidden little gem with lovely staff and waffles. Each one is so uniquely delicious! I ordered a box of varieties for my friends and we cut them into pieces so we could all try a bit of each. We ended up all favoring a different one :) definitely my new waffle to-go place!

Visited on a weekend night and ordered the small dipped cone with dark chocolate, raspberry sauce, and bits. I loved the contrast between the cool, creamy vanilla‑style soft serve coated in a glossy layer of intense dark chocolate that cracked with a satisfying snap. The raspberry sauce added a bright, tangy edge, cutting through sweetness rather than just echoing it. Texture‑wise, the firm shell and small toppings lent some welcome chew against the soft ice cream's smooth melt. The portion was modest (a true small), which made the roughly mid‑to‑high single‑digit price feel slightly steep but still justifiable for a treat. Service was friendly and quick at the counter. The shop's vibe leans casual and family‑friendly. Seating is limited, so this plays best as a grab‑and‑stroll dessert.

Great customer service, Delicious desserts [Victoria BC]…read more I really wanted to try their Crepe Cake but was told that they sold out and won't get them again the following week. Not sure what ingredients they were waiting shipment for. So I chose a Japanese Soufflé Cheesecake next... same thing! Bummer. So hopefully they have the Egg Bubble Waffle and they did! Third time's a charm. We actually came here twice for dessert. The first time we had the Tiramisu Egg Bubble Waffle and then we came back again the next day and had the Chocolate Egg Bubble Waffle. They both look similar. The owners, young couple, were always hard at work and friendly too, especially the husband. They have their small children in the restaurant with them. The desserts were delicious. Hubby and I shared one both times... it was massive. They also have a separate menu for soup, salad, apps... and sushi! They are in the historic Dominion Hotel in Victoria's Old Town (an impressive, 4-story brick building located at the southwest corner of Blanshard and Yates Streets). Interior is pretty too with the fancy chandelier lighting. We found metered street parking. Located across the Cineplex Odeon Victoria Cinemas in Downtown Victoria BC. Even though it was the middle of winter and it was near closing, there was still a good number of people inside buying buns and not all of them seemed to be tourists like us. We ended up getting a number of different items: Custard Ball ($2.99) - We warmed this up in a toaster oven, giving a bit of the crust on the exterior edges of the donut, especially on the top where the powdered sugar turns into an almost crème brulee-like topping. The crumb is very fluffy fried and is filled with a sweetened vanilla custard. (4/5) Ube Custard Ball ($2.99) - This has the same donut dough base as the normal custard ball, but is filled with a dark purple ube cream. It's sweet and earthy, albeit not necessarily the most heavily ube flavored. (4/5) Original Ube Ensaymada ($2.99) - This bun, extremely fluffy and nice to eat, has an interesting spiral pattern construction at least when viewed from the bottom, but it's not apparent inside the bun. The bun is sweet and again there's not too much ube flavor. If it wasn't purple I'm not sure I could identify it as ube in flavor. (4/5) Classic Pandesal ($0.99) - Lightly sweet, great soft texture. It's pandesal, not too much else to say. (4/5) Overall the baked goods Friends & Family Bake sells are pretty good. Most of the items are soft, fluffy and sweet, perfect for breakfast or a dessert.
