Well saturday came and went and no meals were delivered. so the company shorted me out of an entire day!! as far as delivery that was a disaster too! when i first signed up the rep told me to select a time slot for delivery. I chose btwn midnight and 1AM... well i stayed up all night waiting. the driver delivered at 7AM (according to my neighbor) the point of arranging the time slot was b/c i have no secure entry to leave the coolers. Suprise,suprise 2 days later the company contacted me and said "the coolers you left out for the driver were stolen from your porch so you have to pay $35 per cooler!" I was outraged b/c i tried to arrange delivery times and i found it really hard to beleive that no one took the cooler the driver left- but somehow every night someone took the cooler i left out? i dont think so.... not to mention that when my meals never came on saturday- the cooler i left out friday night was untouched. I'm afraid to ask where the meat is coming from. the chef puts no thought into any form of creativity, presentation let alone flavor... my goodness this was absolutely the worst meals I've ever had, even worse than airplane food, the food just absolutely is thrown together, i threw out 6 meals, took a taste and tried to really consider it and then could not do it. portions were also non-sensical, and more like snack size, for example I got granola strawberry parfait. this was granola and one strawberry sliced and already turning. contrary to the name of your company I really thought I was going to be getting greens that tasted fresh! tasty asparagus even! this was very much a waste of my money, I really wish this was refundable...so far not one thing has been tasty or presentable to eat and thats really sad.
