Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. The staff talked loudly the entire time, constantly chatting among themselves. I have no idea what they were talking about, but it made the atmosphere anything but peaceful. The pedicure itself felt rushed, and I never felt like the technician took the time to provide a relaxing experience. Instead of leaving refreshed, I left feeling disappointed. Customer service also felt impersonal, as if they were just trying to get through appointments as quickly as possible. Overall, I did not enjoy my experience and will not be coming back.

I visited this salon twice for acrylic nails and a pedicure. While the finished look was nice, I'm very disappointed with the condition of my natural nails afterward. After removing the acrylics, I now have "rings of fire" on all of my nails, which indicates they were over-filed. During one appointment, my cuticle was cut so deeply that it bled. My nails are now very sensitive, brittle, and damaged. I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the salon. During my second visit, I noticed the tools used on me were placed back into the same container as other "clean" tools instead of being properly separated for sterilization. That raised concerns about their sanitation practices. Although the final appearance of my nails looked good, I don't think the health of my natural nails or the sanitation standards were given enough attention.

I went in with bitten and filed down nails (no fungus what-so-ever) and she made them beautiful again. I broke 1 before 2nd appt and at that appt she fixed and filled all. She herself said the darker underneath was almost gone (meaning my natural nail was growing nicely)....Mind you I paid in cash every time and always gave a 20% to 25% tip. I didn't even mind having to sign a visiting form each time and having my temp checked and wearing a mask there. So I wanted to let all know the integrity involved with this Owner.
