I've been using Latisse for several years to promote my eyelash growth. This lead me to look for an alternative option to eliminate the daily use of my eyelash curler. I scheduled with Elizabeth, the owner, to have my eyelashes permed. The procedure took about an hour from start to finish. Elizabeth was very gentle and informative during the whole procedure. She did her final touches by brushing tint on my lashes to enhance the color. As a client, this procedure is very relaxing. All I needed to do is lay still and keep my eyes closed. This place is amazing.! And the staff is really nice. I went in wanting to get my hair done within the same week and Maddie was great in bookiNg an appt that same week. I am really picky with my hair and don't let anyone touch it if I'm not comfortable. Maddie did an awesome job. She did some baby lights on my hair after having a full year of overgrown highlights on my hair. She gave me a balayage look without actually doing it. I have straight, long normal hair. Not thin or real thick. I get a lot of layers and I like to have it cut into a V, no blunt cuts for me. And I highly recommend Rossy! I love the way she cuts my hair every time. She understands when a girl says I'd like to keep my hair as long as possible. I've always felt welcomed here and it has a mellow but modern vibe. Salon Blush is the BEST salon in Lompoc! hands down.. I see Sarah and she has been doing my hair for over 8 years now! She is always consistent and detailed when it comes to her work. I show her a picture and I get exactly what I asked for and more! I never leave here unsatisfied. When I moved to LA I couldn't find anyone's whose work was as consistent and amazing. I do not appreciate the manner in which the salon ownership released my nail technician. I don't just speak for myself but all the other clients that my nail tech was servicing at this salon. I had been going to this salon to get my nails done for almost 4 years every 3 weeks with the BEST nail tech around. I was very sad to hear the news that she was no longer there. I had a very special occasion planned that following weekend with a nail appt that wed, so I was very bummed to find out my nail tech didn't have a place to do my nails. No matter the situation there's always a professional way to handle someones lively hood and releasing her without notice which leaves her clients hanging. It's very disheartening that a Good woman/ mother was rudely and abruptly asked to leave without regard to her and the clients. I would have appreciated the owner to consider the impacts of this decision on everyone involved. Obviously I will be following her and traveling to Santa Maria, so my nail tech can continue to do my nails when she is back on her feet. In the past I recommended this salon and enjoyed my time there but I cannot in good faith continue recommending a salon that has no consideration for anyone but themselves. read more

The best salon in town! All the girls that work there are very nice and welcoming! I go to Sarah for my hair cuts/styles, eyebrow tinting and waxing & beard waxing! I can trust her to do the exact cut that I want. She is very good at listening to what I what and suggesting different things to do (like thinning out my thick hair to help it not only lay better but to take some weight off my head! Who knew!) She is very good at shaping/tinting my eyebrows, also! If I get a dramatic hair cut, she is very good with checking in to see how I like it! One thing I wish they would change about the salon is that the "chairs" where you get your hair washed are seriously uncomfortable. I am very happy to say I don't have to drive over an hour to Santa Barbara to have my hair colored, highlighted and cut anymore!!! Neither does my adult daughter or granddaughter! This Salon was recommended by a lady who's hair color caught my attention and I hesitated for months but am seriously telling all my lady friends you have to go here! My amazingly talented Stylist ERIN has also worked at Aveda for over 2 years besides her other great accomplishments. She takes time and will not rush, she truly is extremely talented!
