I absolutely love Dr. Stimage and the staff! This is my first baby and i feel so seen and supported by everyone there. Dr. Stimage is always able to answer my questions no matter how silly they seem. I never have to wait very long to be seen during my appointment and the girl at the front desk even remembers me when i come in! All the women that work there are so sweet and caring. I have been a patient for Dr. Stimage for over 3 years. I had a lot of positive things to say and was happy with the care I received until last week. Dr. Stimage put me on medication and I had a massive adverse reaction. I used their portal to send a message before they opened on Friday that I needed assistance. Around noon, I decided to call to see why I had not been contacted, and they were closed! Apparently they close at noon on Fridays. Fast forward to Monday and they still didn't call. I phoned them 30 minutes before closing and asked what was going on. Dr. Stimage's assistant looked up my info and said that Dr. Stimage doesn't check her messages if she's busy. What??? 1. That's how she told me to contact them 2. What do you mean a doctor doesn't check her messages from patients? I don't feel safe going back. I told that to the assistant, and she seriously said: Ok, well if there's anything we can do for you, please just call or message. I laughed her and and said "I can't believe you're telling me to message you after you tell me the Doctor doesn't check her messages if she's busy." No, ma'am, I will not be messaging you. Other issues: 1. Dr. Stimage forgot about my mammogram. She only sent the request after I reminded her that I hadn't had one in 2 years. 2. I was asked to disrobe for consult. When I asked the Dr, she said "I don't know why they told you to do that." 3. The receptionists are some of the most miserable, rude people I have encountered. They left me a message saying that if I didn't confirm my appointment by noon, they would cancel me. When I asked them about it, they danced around the question and didn't answer. I put up with them because I liked my doctor. That is no longer the case. read more

It is impossible to get a return phone call! I guess they don't mind losing patients. It shouldn't be this hard to get an answer. Love the doctor but if you have to deal with the office it's not worth it. read more

I'm honestly shocked at the negative reviews. My experience was the complete opposite. My appt was at 2:00 and I was seen at 2:05. The staff, nurse and Dr Stimage were great and thorough. This was my first visit and I'm happy I found this practice. read more

Dr Stimmage was 50 mins late when I was the first patient of the day and she only spent 10 minutes with me. I went in for an infertility consult and google was more insightful than my 10 minutes with her. I will not be a return patient read more

After reading these reviews, I'm glad I walked out on my appointment today. I will not be returning to the clinic. They require facemasks, which I have not purchased in months nor do I own any. Yet they do not provide any behind the counter. The receptionist told me I could go buy one and return to my appointment which would then make me late. I said no thank you I will cancel my appointment and left. Now I'm off to go shopping for the day and find a different OBGYN! Let me clarify the problem is not with the facemasks it's that they require them yet don't provide them as a courtesy to their customers who are keeping them in business. They should have them on hand, after all they are a medical facility. read more

You would think they would be more caring and show compassion during times like there but they all have an attitude, wouldn't let me finish explaining my concern. Worst service ever. I think it's absolutely crazy seeing these comments. I've been seeing Dr. Stimage for 7 years and I've never had a bad experience. Her staff is absolutely wonderful, efficient, and communicative. There has never been a time where I didn't have a concern, and Dr. Stimage didn't see me at the last minute & immediately came up with an action plan. The staff is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend her. If you're reading the comments & question if you should or not, just try her out for yourself. I have been a patient at Dr. Stimage office for about 5 years and I have to say I have been very patient but I will be leaving due to the WORST customer service and staff you would ever get from a health practice. Numerous times I've had to remind the staff for prescriptions or to check certain items or to run certain test. If you don't ask you wont get tested for certain things that should be standard. The Medical assistant Liz is very rude, hangs up the phone on you, doesn't call you back, makes up excuses on why she forgot to test you for certain items you requested, doesn't have answers for questions and never follows up, will have you waiting. Its just not worth your time. I have had to wait for my appointment numerous times for more than 45 mins. Also one time I had to leave without being seen die to the wait being more than a hour. Dr. Stimage is not as thorough as I wish she would be. She is personable but I had to mention my issues about her staff to her numerous times and my feeling of comfort and nothing ever happened and nothing seemed to change. I feel so much better that I am now going to be under the care of someone else. Its sad that you can't support and be consistent but I will not tolerate half jobs when it is my valuable time, health and money. read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would! This was my first visit here, but for me, it was absolutely amazing. First, the front office staff was so professional and organized! Second, Casey was the P.A. in charge of my yearly exam. She was personable and answered my awkward questions with both grace and logic. I'm currently a patient here, I've been here for about 2-3 months now, i come every two week due to me now being pregnant. I love it here the environment and facility is nice and always clean. Dr. Alvarado is great, she's straight forward and helpful. Brenda at the front desk is always super nice kind of like she's happy to see you. I read the other reviews and haven't experienced any of these problems thus far and as long as i don't i will be continuing after care here as well read more

I have been in pain for months now and I also do not have insurance. My friend recommended that I try Dr. Stimage so I called to book an appointment. I knew that I would be taken care of right when I called. When I explained what was happening and why I needed the appointment, she was super sweet! I even told my mother about it and how it was nice to feel like she actually cared! My mother went with me to the appointment because I knew she would remember more than I would be able to. Everyone I saw that day and there were several because I had blood taken, gave a urine sample, had an ultrasound, and a pelvic exam. They all showed nothing but concern and took the time to help me even though I had to pay out of pocket for everything. They even took the time to tell me about options for the surgery that I will have to have since they found a 6cm ovarian cyst! I was so impressed, I told all my female friends and my male friends to tell their wives. read more

Dr. Stimage has the worst staff. They don't send in the prescription when they tell you they will. Then when I called to ask about it, Brenda told me that they are seeing patients and will get to it at the end of the day. It was supposed to be sent 2 days prior! It's ALWAYS at least a week for appointments no matter what's wrong with you. I've set my appointment, took off, come to find out they put it in for the following week. Then she couldn't find an appointment till 2 weeks out! The only reason I switched doctors is because mine retired. I've should've done more research. read more
