She noticed areas of concern that other painters had missed. The paint job was beautiful and so durable that we were getting compliments about it as recently as last year from our up-the-hill neighbors, who had to look at it for 16 years. In 2025 we decided we had to replace our 30+ year old siding. So we brought Fine Line in to paint the the new siding. Again Beth was helpful and very organized. Her crew (Travis, Peter and Chuck) were fabulous. They were very sensitive of our needs and made sure there was always a door that was accessible, left space for us to drive in and out, and made sure we knew when they were painting around upstairs bathroom windows. They left the grounds spotless and even replaced the bird feeder where it had hung originally. The paint job was so good that the house looks as if it was a brand new toy pulled from a box and placed where our house used to be. We highly recommend Beth and Fine Line Painting.

The person sent to provide a quote was much more than just a salesman. He pointed out several areas that required repairs including some mistakes made by the roofers who installed a new roof a few years earlier. The crew included carpenters that found rotting wood that needed to be replaced, including a structural post covered by siding, and completed the repairs with expert craftsmanship. They were easy to work with, available to answer questions, and kept me informed of their schedule. The quality of the painting was also first rate. They removed things like awnings, gutters, a satellite dish, and other house attachments before painting and made sure everything was reinstalled properly upon completion. They kept the property reasonably clean while the job was in progress and cleaned up thoroughly after they were finished. I will hire them again when it's time to paint the interior of the house.

I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of renovation done.

Emanuel runs an efficient and responsible company; we are very impressed with every aspect of his work. He has outstanding attention to detail and is an excellent communicator. He and Jose worked the long hours required to finish the job on our tight schedule. He also installed a heated floor system. He's got a good sense of design that helped with this project and all the work came out great. He was also a great help to the general contractor during installation of some non-tile related items, e.g., the toilets and accessories, again with a great eye for details. He even checked with us after completion to ensure that everything was working properly. You won't be disappointed if you hire Emanuel.

Sunshine Painting is magnificent, and Javier is exceptional!!!…read more Our beautiful home was absolutely destroyed by renters, but Javier and his crew restored everything to perfection. He was fantastic in every way, and for several reasons, I recommend Sunshine and Javier with my highest praise. First, they did a stunning job on painting every room in the house, which included wide crown, base, doors, stairs, and window molding, strange nooks and cranny areas, and perfectly color-matching new paint to the colors in each room. The trim work was perfect, there were no drips or painting mistakes, and then crew covered all parts of floors and unpainted doors and millwork. Second, Javier and his crew fixed many broken or destroyed parts of the house that included: 1. Fixing a large chunk of a rounded (bull nose) wall corner that had been smashed, which included replacing metal framing and plastering several parts of the wall corner. 2. Restoring to like-new condition 15 wooden windowsills that were stained, dented, chipped, warped, peeling, had deep coffee mug stains, and water damage where the renters left the windows open year-round with no concern about rain and weather damage. 3. Removing and patching several very large, industrial eye-bolts that had been anchored into the walls and ceiling. 4. Repairing a kitchen cabinet door that had been kicked in (which I other handymen said would need to be replaced). 5. Repainting, at no extra cost, the entire kitchen cabinetry because Javier didn't like how the old kitchen cabinets looked dingy next to the newly repaired and freshly painted door. 6. Custom building a vent grate under the kitchen cabinet. 7. Purchasing, at no extra cost, floor and ceiling vents that were either broken or missing. 8. Fixing the clothes hanging bar and multiple shelves that were torn down in a large walk in closet. 9. Replacing broken banister poles and reaffixed part of banister handrail that were broken. 10. Repairing the fireplace mantel that had been pulled away from the wall. Third, Javier was incredibly helpful and accommodating when I had a family emergency and couldn't cover all details with him. I just handed him the keys to the house and told him to do whatever he thought needed to be done, and the results were spectacular! Fourth, Javier was very honest, accommodating, and his work was the highest quality. He never charged me for his extra work, and he was fantastic in his communication and texting me updates along the way. He is friendly, agreeable, a genuinely super nice person, and simply a pleasure to work with. -KB
