When we arrived, the staff did not recognize our appointment confirmation. I explained that I had booked through their website, but after consulting another staff and then calling the owner, they told us they did not have a website. I showed them the site, which listed their correct business name, address, and contact information, but they still insisted it was not theirs. The language barrier made the situation even more frustrating and confusing. Since we had already cleared our schedules for the appointment, we decided to stay. We booked a 60-minute couples massage, but were charged $120 (plus card fee) instead of the $108 price shown online. The massage itself was very good, which is why we had returned several times. However, the spa lacks ambience. This time, both masseuses talked to each other in their native language throughout most of the session, which significantly detracted from what should have been a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, after the confusing booking situation, unexpected price difference, and constant talking during the massage, this visit will also be our last. It's disappointing because we genuinely liked the quality of the massages.

I started getting a little heated, when they sent the helper back in to ask me if i by chance wore a hat? I do not wear hats ever! At that point i really knew this was a back door kind of institution they have know ideal what they are doing and was going to try and say it was me wearing a hat really? At this time, i was just asking for the reimbursement for the 20 units i would not use. Sales Manager comes out to the main reception room and ask me to go into a back room to discuss at this time nothing to discuss just want what is owed back to me. She states well that is not going to happen! So in the heat of moment i told her what she could do with that money rightfully owed to me. I recommend not using this place unless you want to look like a Neanderthal. Also recommend using Groupon they will get you a refund. My spas packages are usually a hour each service so I should have ask ahead of time. The bathroom and waiting area is outdated and not an actually lounge area to get ready for your services like other spas it's just a big room with some chairs to fill out the 100 questioned paperwork and the bathroom had items stored in the shower area and was very dusty. My real issue was with my facial, I did tell her I have sensitive acne prone skin and she said she was using products for sensitive skin but I did break out after, and while I was have my massage and facial at the same time she was going from my feet to then rubbing my face. I thought that was very weird and gross. So idk if I broke out because of her going from my feet to face or the products.
