I understand they have a schedule to work around, but I wish there were 1 or 2 "freebies" for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice (or at least only charge half for 12 hours notice). We knew it was true love when Jules walked in and said "That dog is a HYENA and hyenas are my favorite animal". Most people call her a tiger, but she is clearly a hyena.
