Dropping him off for the evaluation day went great, the front desk was very thorough and even told me that I could call to check in and see how he's doing after 2 hours. Previously my puppy has gone to a different daycare, but at the Wagging lounge you can tell the staff enjoy what they do and love dogs. When we picked him up afterwards he was happy and worn out, and the staff all said "Bye Ted!" on the way out. Overall, great experience for a dog owner and my happy boy. Ended up purchasing their $100 for 3 daycare deal (purchase only on evaluation day). I will continue to take him here!

The sitters vary but all are enthusiastic based on the reports they leave. After every visit the sitter leaves a note of when they came and left and what they did. They also usually text us an update and a picture of our birds. We come back to a stack of reports. The sitter stays a while after the food, water, and paper are changed to make sure the birds aren't acting weird, and I hear that some singing goes on. We've never had a problem and have be accommodated at very short notice when we want to go away for the weekend. I highly recommend this company. 1/27/20 Update: Just used them again during a ten day trip to Hawaii. I'm pretty sure our birds are in love with Alex, who came for most oF the visits. Now they are just stuck with us. As always, a great experience and we love being able to travel without any worries.

The pet sitter who was assigned was Kim. She spent plenty of time with the cats and made sure they were well cared for while I was away. The visit reports they leave are really cute as well. Could not have gone smoother! I'd also like to add that they were available with very short notice (3 other pet sitting companies were unable to handle our request). Also want to add that Stewart (when he came for the home visit) was wearing a mask and gloves to protect against COVID (a welcome sight). They found a bucket in the house and put it under the drips, called me, and sent a video to my phone. When I landed I was able to schedule a plumber right away to meet me at the house. By having the bucket in place they prevented untold damage to the kitchen and basement. They've been easy to schedule and work with and respond quickly to e-mails. When I come home my little dude is always happy, well fed, and has plenty of water in his dish. If I wasn't moving far away, I'd definitely continue using their service. I'm beyond satisfied! Coventry has a puppy-focused daycare program where they match the pups up with compatible ages, temperaments, etc. The groups are small and the pups have so much fun! We get daily report cards, see photos on the facebook page, the staff all get to know the pup's personalities and names, pickup and dropoff is super easy, and my puppy is so excited every time we get there. They are always reliable, patient with our temperamental chihuahua, and easy to work with. They treat our dogs better than most people treat humans and leave detailed notes of what they did and how our pets behaved. Our chihuahua even stopped giving them a hard time, though they did bribe him with treats ;) If our pets make a mess, they clean it up and you wouldn't be able to tell anything happened if it wasn't for the notes. There have also been times when our pets have been sick. They administered medicine without an extra fee like some other services charge. I highly recommend their services.

I have two huskies which are not always the most friendly, but Talia immediately developed a good rapport which they responded to. Other services I've used in the past have been unprofessional and late, and honestly their fees seemed inflated; however, Talia has always been early if not on time, and she always leaves "paw-gress" notes after a walk. She usually walks them for about a mile or more, which is great. Punctual, affordable, and trustworthy... I highly recommend!
