The sitters vary but all are enthusiastic based on the reports they leave. After every visit the sitter leaves a note of when they came and left and what they did. They also usually text us an update and a picture of our birds. We come back to a stack of reports. The sitter stays a while after the food, water, and paper are changed to make sure the birds aren't acting weird, and I hear that some singing goes on. We've never had a problem and have be accommodated at very short notice when we want to go away for the weekend. I highly recommend this company. 1/27/20 Update: Just used them again during a ten day trip to Hawaii. I'm pretty sure our birds are in love with Alex, who came for most oF the visits. Now they are just stuck with us. As always, a great experience and we love being able to travel without any worries.

The pet sitter who was assigned was Kim. She spent plenty of time with the cats and made sure they were well cared for while I was away. The visit reports they leave are really cute as well. Could not have gone smoother! I'd also like to add that they were available with very short notice (3 other pet sitting companies were unable to handle our request). Also want to add that Stewart (when he came for the home visit) was wearing a mask and gloves to protect against COVID (a welcome sight). Pet owners would should have their minds at ease if they select Love Those Paws. If I go on vacation again (few and far between these days) I would definitely use them again!

I used to be very anxious about leaving my house for extended trips but they bring in my mail and check around the house for any 'gifts' my guy has left behind. One experience comes to mind as a huge help. I was on a plane coming back from London and my kitchen ceiling started to flood. They found a bucket in the house and put it under the drips, called me, and sent a video to my phone. When I landed I was able to schedule a plumber right away to meet me at the house. By having the bucket in place they prevented untold damage to the kitchen and basement. They've been easy to schedule and work with and respond quickly to e-mails. When I come home my little dude is always happy, well fed, and has plenty of water in his dish. If I wasn't moving far away, I'd definitely continue using their service. I'm beyond satisfied! Coventry has a puppy-focused daycare program where they match the pups up with compatible ages, temperaments, etc. The groups are small and the pups have so much fun! They are always reliable, patient with our temperamental chihuahua, and easy to work with. They treat our dogs better than most people treat humans and leave detailed notes of what they did and how our pets behaved. Our chihuahua even stopped giving them a hard time, though they did bribe him with treats ;) If our pets make a mess, they clean it up and you wouldn't be able to tell anything happened if it wasn't for the notes. There have also been times when our pets have been sick. They administered medicine without an extra fee like some other services charge. I highly recommend their services.
